¾ Second stage (upon course confirmation): payment of the remaining amount,
corresponding to the chosen studies programme
Note: it is mandatory that we receive the bank transfer confirmation in both stages of the
payment.

All bank expenses must be covered by the participant.
In case of withdrawal:
The student will be reimbursed 50% of the deposit, with the condition that withdrawal must
be communicated in writing up to 15 days before the Course starts. If this period has
passed, the amount of the pre-registration will not be reimbursed.
Diplomas and Certificates
In order to obtain a Course diploma, the students must attend at least 75% of both classes
and study programmes.
Grade Certificates are subject to an Exam.
TRAVEL ARRANJEMENTS:
Reservation and payment are the student's responsibility.
ACCOMMODATION:
University's Students Halls of Residence
Double: 9,00€ price per day
Single: 11,25€ price per day
Reservation is made by the International Relations Office and the payment by the
student, upon arrival, at the Social Services.
