Mogi das Cruzes, November 8th 2010 – Helbor Empreendimentos S.A. (BM&F BOVESPA: HBOR3), a residential and

article of O Globo News whose lead point out Helbor’s stock as the most valuable in the real estate segment.

segment.
The article writes down that, according to Brokerage
Houses and Economatica Consullting, until November
4th 2010, Helbor’s stock rose 65.39%, surpassing
Ibovespa (6.43%) and the Index of Real Estate
Development (Imob), 20.04% performances.
According to the article, during 2010 the real estate
segment had backed to fulfil the eyes of the investors
as one of the best performance at São Paulo Stock
Exchange (BOVESPA). The stock of the real estate
sector valued more than 20% from January 1st to the
end of October, three times over IBOVESPA during the
period. The financial analysts who covered the sector
assurance that the sector has breathe for new
earnings in the next months, although they alert to
some risks, such as strong volatility of the stocks and
labour necks.
