Overview
This course is designed for a person who has
an understanding of project management
concepts, who has the basic skills to create and
modify project plans using Microsoft Project
2013, and who needs to use Microsoft Project
2013 to manage and customise those plans
through the implementation stage of a project.
This in-depth, hands-on, instructor-led course
provides the Project Manager, Resource
Managers or Scheduler with the advanced skills
needed to more effectively create and manage
projects using Microsoft Project 2013 while
following a standard project lifecycle process.
Each student will follow the instructor and
complete hands-on exercises on their own
computer workstation that is pre-loaded with the
Microsoft Project 2013.
