The state of Acre has formalized a Loan Agreement to implement the Programme of Social
Inclusion and Sustainable Economic Development of the State of Acre - PROACRE and
intends to apply part of the proceeds of the Loan Agreement No. 7625 - BR for hiring
consultants. In this scope of services include the hiring company to provide consulting
services and technical support in the Programme Management Unit - PMU under the Loan
Agreement No. 7625-BR. The estimated time for delivery of these services is 12 (twelve)
months and may be extended until the end of the project.
In this sense, the state of Acre through the Secretary of State for Planning - SEPLAN invites
eligible consultants to express interest in providing the services described above.
Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform
the services (presentation skills and qualifications required, experience in similar conditions,
availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants can work in a consortium to
improve their skills.
The consultant will be selected to provide services in accordance with the procedures
established under World Bank Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by
World Bank Borrowers (current edition).

The method applied is the Quality-Based Selection and Cost (QCBS). Consultants rated to
compose the short list, must submit technical and financial bid in accordance with the
procedures established in World Bank Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants
by World Bank Borrowers (current edition).
