Três novas cabanas foram inauguradas na beira da praia com direito a
piscina e jacuzzi privativas, além de
mordomo à disposição. Completam
a lista de mimos iPads, iPods e até
spray de água Evian. Além disso, o
menu do restaurante foi totalmente
reformulado, aproximando ainda
mais as tradições culinárias mexicanas, com ingredientes e técnicas que
carregam um pouco da história local.

and iPads, iPods and even
Evian water sprays in the list
of treats. The restaurant’s
menu has been reformulated
and brought even closer to
Mexican culinary tradition,
with ingredients and techniques that hold a little of the
country’s history.
“Havia me preparado para um
voo de duas horas e meia até
Fortaleza. Mas, por conta das mil
escalas com 40 minutos de espera, a
viagem levou oito. Em Recife, tive um
surto! Falei uns desaforos para o
comissário, disse que daquela vez ele não
iria me impedir e saí correndo. Finalmente
consegui fumar meu cigarro. O bom é que
fui resgatado por funcionários do
aeroporto e pude seguir viagem.”
“I was ready for a two-and-a-half hour
flight to Fortaleza, but the countless
40-minute layovers added up to a total of
eight. In Recife, I freaked out! I raved at the
flight attendant, said he couldn’t stop me
this time and took off running. I was finally
able to have a cigarette. The best part was
that airport workers went to my aid and I
was able to get back on the plane.”
