PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF PROPERTIES
Global Logistic Properties Limited (“GLP” or the “Company”) refers to the announcement dated 6
March 2014 in relation to the proposed acquisition of a portfolio of assets in Brazil.
The Company is pleased to announce that the acquisition of 26 assets has been completed on 11
June 2014 for a consideration of approximately R$2.4 billion (or approximately US$1.1 billion based
on the prevailing exchange rate of R$1:US$0.4479 as quoted by Bloomberg L.P. on 11 June 2014). In
connection with the foregoing, the Company has acquired assets or the companies (as set out in
Appendix A) holding such assets, as additional subsidiary companies.
The acquisition of the remaining assets is subject to satisfaction of the conditions for the acquisition,
including receipt of required regulatory and third party approvals.
