PONTUALIDADE DOS VOOS
Durante o primeiro trimestre de 2007, a LAM teve um Índice de Pontualidade
Operacional de 89 por cento num universo de 2003 partidas, o que constitui
uma referência na indústria de aviação civil e um padrão de qualidade dos
serviços da LAM.
SEMPRE A SUBIR
Com o objectivo de oferecer maior comodidade e conforto aos seus clientes,
a LAM reabriu a Loja de Vendas localizada no cruzamento entre as Av. Mao
Tse Tung e Julius Nyerere (próximo do Hotel Polana), na cidade de Maputo.
A loja apresenta um novo visual, sendo mais ampla, com mais posições de
atendimento, e está equipada com tecnologia de ponta, de forma a facilitar a
obtenção de informações, reservas e aquisição de passagens aéreas.
RESPONSABILIDADE SOCIAL
No âmbito do seu programa de responsabilidade social, a LAM apoiou, em
parceria com a AEMO–Associação dos Escritores Moçambiçanos, o lançamento do livro ”Humor do Azarado’’. O autor, Rufino Chivite, conhecido
no mundo literário por Fela Kulunga, é também colaborador da Companhia
Aérea Nacional.

DO III RECENSEAMENTO DA POPULAÇÃO
E HABITAÇÃO
With the aim of offering greater convenience and comfort to its clients, LAM
has re-opened the Sales Outlet situated at the crossroads of the Av. Mao Tse
Tung and Julius Nyerere (next to the Hotel Polana), in Maputo. The store has
been given a new look, being more spacious, with more service desks, and is
equipped with the latest technology to speed information provision and flight
booking.
O INE-Instituto Nacional de Estatística designou a LAM como a companhia
aérea oficial do III Recenseamento Geral da População e Habitação que
decorre em todo o País de 1 a 15 de Agosto de 2007. Esta operação tem
por finalidade recolher dados sobre o número de habitantes e habitações
existentes em Moçambique, bem como as suas características.
LAM ESTABELECE PROTOCOLO COM
A ASSOCIAÇÃO PORTUGAL-MOÇAMBIQUE
A LAM estabeleceu um protocolo com a Associação Portugal-Moçambique
para que os seus associados possam usufruir de condições especiais na aquisição de bilhetes LAM. A cerimónia decorreu no “Espaço Moçambique”,
na cidade do Porto.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
As part of its social responsibility programme, and in partnership with AEMO
– the Association of Mozambican Writers, LAM has supported the launch of
the book ”Humor do Azarado’’ (Humour of the Luckless). The author, Rufino
Chivite, known in the literary world as Fela Kulunga, also works for our National
Airline.
LAM HELPS THE
POPULATION CENSUS
The INE- National Statistics Institute has appointed LAM as the official airline for the
3rd General Population and Accommodation Census which will take place throughout the country from 1 to 15 August 2007.
The aim of this operation is to collect data
on the number and characteristics of residents and residences in Mozambique.

A LAM inaugurou uma representação na cidade portuguesa do Porto. O
escritório fica situado no Edifício Capitólio, Loja 45, na Avenida de França,
nº 256, 4050-276 Porto.

LAM has established a protocol with the Portugal-Mozambique Association to
give associates special terms in purchasing LAM tickets. A ceremony took place
in the “Espaço Mozambique”, in Porto.
