Call for Papers
ICT2014
21st International Conference on Telecommunications
TELECOMMUNICATIONS: COOPERATION
FOR A UNITED WORLD
The demand for telecommunication services and increased capacity will
continue to be the driving force that challenges the development of increasingly more efficient, secure, green and robust communication technologies.
Presently achievable link capacities approach the known Shannon limit
but new cooperation techniques are being developed to improve spectral
efficiency, thus allowing a more connected and reliable world. This 21st edition of the ICT 2014 International Conference on Telecommunications will
reflect on such trends, presenting novel scientific and technical solutions
for future telecommunication systems.
ICT 2014 will feature world-class plenary speakers, tutorials and technical
sessions from academia, researching laboratories, government, industry
(operators and suppliers) and security public services to discuss and exchange
ideas in the fields of wireless and cable telecommunication networks, services
and applications. The conference will also include an expo program and
exhibition.

Paper submission guidelines
ICT2014 technical programme committee invites authors to submit manuscripts with original research results that have not been
previously published or that are not currently under review by another conference or journal. The following contributions are welcome:
(i) Research papers reporting on new trends and developments, (ii) Application papers reporting on academia developments of
technologies, products, services, systems and solutions, (iii) Performance evaluation and experimentation papers and (iv) Industry
practice papers.
Papers are limited to 5 pages in the IEEE template. Font size must be no smaller than 10-points. (http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html).
Manuscripts must be submitted electronically in PDF format through the EDAS system. Submissions will be judged based on originality, significance, clarity, relevance, and correctness.
All submitted papers will be subject to peer reviews by Technical Program Committee members and other experts in the field. Papers presented at the symposium will be considered for Best Paper Awards.
Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore, as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
