Kinetic and thermodynamic characterization of the binding of a fluorescent phospholipid derivative
(NBD-diC10PE) to β-lactoglobulin A. Kinetic study of the insertion and desorption of this amphiphilic
molecule into and from POPC lipidic bilayer vesicles, mediated by β-lactoglobulin A. Study of the
interaction/adsorption of the protein to bilayers.

components for the interaction of molecules with lipid vesicles.

Dominance in the use of spectrofluorimeter in ‘scan’, ‘kinetics’ and ‘polarized measures’ modes, for
kinetics and anisotropies measurements.
