GREEN TECHNOLOGY BY TEMPERATURE CONTROL
For over 50 years Regloplas AG has devoted itself to the development and manufacture of technologically sophisticated temperature

The new solution: Pump control for consistent production conditions and maximum energy efficiency. Regloplas is the first manufacturer to offer temperature control units which regulate pump output and flow rate. The restriction of the pump speed, for example
because less flow or pressure is required to maintain the set temperature, leads to a reduction in energy consumption. A reduction
in pump speed of 20 % reduces the energy consumption by 50 %.

oferecer unidades de regulação de temperatura que regulam o rendimento e a vazão das bombas. A limitação da velocidade de bombeamento, por exemplo, reduz o consumo de energia, pois, com ela,
é necessária uma menor vazão ou pressão para manter a temperatura de referência. Uma redução de 20 % da velocidade de bombeamento diminui o consumo de energia em 50 %.

has operated since 1981.
THE MACHINES range includes: Forming and cutting thermoforming machinery with steel rule cutting (FC Series), useful for contract
moulder customers who have to satisfy both the medium-high productivity than the flexible production. In-mould trimming thermoforming machines with lower tilting platern (FT Series) suitable for
high quality products with medium-long productions that arrives
until the boxing machine.
All these types of machines are available in a very wide range of
forming area. Showpiece of the production are the In-line plants
which include sheet extrusion.
The KIND OF APPLICATION of WM machinery and plants is very

A WM WRAPPING MACHINERY SA, com sede em Stabio, Suíça,
iniciou a fabricação de máquinas de termoformagem em 1981.
A gama de MÁQUINAS inclui máquinas de termoformagem conformadoras e cortadoras com corte de régua de aço (FC Series), útil
para clientes de moldadores de contrato, que têm de satisfazer tanto
a produtividade média-alta quanto a produção flexível. Máquinas
de corte em molde com mesa basculante (FT Series) adequadas
