Civil Engineer of the Higher College of Civil Engineers, Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain.
He began his professional career in GEOCONSULT where he developed his activity from 1996 to 2000 in the
geotechnical area, taking responsibility of different projects of the company.
In 2001 he joined IBERINSA where, among others, served as responsible of Geotechnical survey. From 2003 he
belongs to the team of ADIF where he has occupied the position of senior project manager.
In 2007 he was nominated Director of Studies in the Headquarter of High Speed's Big Projects, post held at present .
