iTReport is a simple and practical system to facilitate the transcription workflow
of medical reports of diagnostic exams. This system combines the use of PDA
for an agile voice recording with an advanced platform to manage and organize

The Vital Jacket ® HWM (Heart Wave
Monitor) mobile device is an
intelligent wearable garment that is
able to continuous monitor
electrocardiogram (ECG) wave and
Heart Rate for different fitness, high
performance sports, security and
medical applications.
In the Vital Jacket HWM data is sent via Bluetooth
to a PDA (not included) and stored in a memory
card at the same time. The VJ Mobile application
displays the real time ECG wave in the PDA
monitor. Users can define heart rate limits and
register all events that will be sincronized with the
acquired signal for posterior analysis.
