O meu percurso profissional tem sido
marcado por desafios diversificados
mas com um denominador comum:
foco e orientação para o cliente.
Iniciei a minha carreira na área
dos Sistemas de Informação da
banca e seguros, onde colaborei na
implementação de diversas soluções
num dos maiores players financeiros
nacionais. Posteriormente efetuei
uma mudança profissional para
uma empresa de software analítico,
para a área de Customer Care, o
que me permitiu colaborar, direta e
indiretamente, com clientes das mais
diversas áreas (Indústria, Retalho,
Finantial Services, Oil and Gas), nas
vertentes de resolução de problemas,
satisfação e retenção. Este percurso
permitiu-me adquirir um especial
foco na concretização dos negócios
nas organizações. Esta experiência
profissional dá-me hoje uma visão
completa sobre a dinâmica dos
negócios e das organizações.

My professional path has been
marked by diversified challenges
but one common denominator:
focus and drive towards the client.
I began my career in the area of
Information Systems for banks and
insurances, where I collaborated
in the implementation of several
solutions for one of the major
national financial players. Later, I
made a professional change entering
in a company for analytical software,
for the area of Customer Care,
which enabled me to collaborate,
direct and indirectly, with clients
from the most varied areas
(Industry, Retail, Financial Services,
Oil and Gas) within the scope of
problem resolution, satisfaction
and retention. This path allowed
me to acquire a special focus on
the achievement of business in
organisations. Such a professional
experience grants me, today, a more
complete vision of the dynamics of
business and organisations.
