the counter part Rotary Clubs within the area of the New Generations
Encourage Rotary Clubs and work with them to promote Friendship Exchanges
with the counter part Rotary Clubs.
Realize a meeting/workshop – June/July 2014 - with all the members of the ICC’s
Portuguese Sections to analyse/criticize the work already done and to have a brain
storm for new ideas. (Three preparatory meetings have already been done with the
Coordination team and the invited members to integrate the newly organized
ICC’s Portuguese Sections). Others will follow in a quarterly basis.
Meetings took place at Pombal, June 2014; Alcobaça, August 2014; Fátima,
September 2014; Coimbra, March 2015 (All Portuguese towns)
A Plenary Meeting of the ICC France - Portugal took place at Marmande, France,
June 2014, by the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Club and the 60th
anniversary of the twin ship between RC Marmande (France) and RC Viseu
(Portugal).

A Plenary Meeting of the ICC Portugal – Spain took place the 18th and 19th
October 2014 at Cáceres, Spain.
The next
Plenary Meeting will take place at Évora, Portugal the 9th, 10th and 11th October
2015.
A plenary Meeting of the ICC Portugal - France, will take place the 29, 30 and 31
at Barcelos, Portugal.
A Plenary Meeting with the ICC’s Portuguese Sections and all Portuguese Rotary
Clubs will take place at Barcelos, Portugal the 30 May 2015.
Several projects involving Global Grants of the Rotary Foundation are under
development mainly between Portugal, Brasil and African countries.
New Generations Clubs are represented in the ICC National Coordination through
2 Rotaract Delegates from the two Portuguese Districts. Projects involving youth
and the Rotary Clubs are under preparation in the areas of International Ryla,
Youth Exchange for now. Others are being explored to analyse its feasibility.
