Brussels
The partners of the Animal Welfare Indicators Project
(www.animal-welfare-indicators.net) would like to invite you to
attend the final AWIN conference that will feature a report on the
major accomplishments of this important 4 year EU VII
Framework funded project.
You’re Invited!
The AWIN final conference
will highlight five main
areas:
a) Presentation of the animal
welfare assessment protocols
for donkeys, goats, horses,
sheep and turkeys, including
the novel Apps.
b) Presentations on the
practical application on the
outcomes of pain assessment
protocols and pre-natal interventions to improve animal
welfare.
c) Stakeholder reports on the
practical applications of AWIN
welfare assessment protocols.
d) Presentations on the AWIN
Learning Objects.
e) Continuation of AWIN
legacy with transference of
the Animal Welfare Science
Hub to science-based organizations.
The conference will take place on the 21st April,
2015, at the Representation of Lower Saxony in
European Union, Rue de Montoyer 61, 1000,
Brussels.
