PUBLICATIONS AND RESEARCH
PROJECTS
My recent macroeconomic research focuses on the euro zone sovereign debt
crisis, on banking, monetary policy, and on external debt crises.
My research has looked into the role of the Basel Capital Accords and of the
reserve requirements regulations on the 2007-2008 financial crisis.
On account of my research I was invited to appear before the Economic and
Monetary Affairs Committee of the European Parliament.
My publication record builds on years of applied (econometric) research. I am
familiar with the macroeconomic data (and sources) for several EU countries.
