MARIANA LUCENA M. SILVA
Graduated in Political Science from the University of Brasilia - UnB, has a specialization
in Public Management at the Latin American Institute for Educational Planning (2009)
and postgraduate courses in Policy Analysis and Institutional Relations by UNB (2010).
Upon graduation, conducted a survey on Public Policies for the Cinema, under the
guidance of Prof. Dr. Ricardo Caldas Warendorff and on Corruption in Brazil
redemocratized (PIBIC), under the guidance of Professor Antonio Escobar Brussi PhD.
She has worked in government relations since 2005, having worked as an intern at Arko
Advice - Advice and Cabinet Subcommittee of Federative Affairs of the Secretariat of
Institutional Relations of the Presidency.
Actually, she is Executive Advisor at Umbelino Lôbo Advisory and Consulting.
