Aproveitando o encontro de trabalho final do
projeto europeu SITE que se realiza em
Aveiro, esta sessão aberta à participação
pública, pretende discutir o papel da bilhética
inteligente como forma de ligar os vários
modos
de
mobilidade
e
transportes,
integrando-os e dando-lhes continuidade. No
âmbito do projeto de regeneração da BUGA,
pretendemos ainda avaliar como um sistema
de bicicletas públicas partilhadas pode
integrar o Transporte Público, preenchendo
hiatos
na
continuidade
das
viagens.
Apresentamos os cenários em que a
regeneração da BUGA poderá ser efetivada,
bem como os outros parceiros do SITE
apresentarão os resultados nas cidades de
Gijón e San Sebastian, em Espanha, de Nantes,
em França, de Liverpool, em Inglaterra e de
Dublin, na Irlanda.
Simultaneamente realiza-se uma exposição –
Bicicletas & Sistemas de Bicicletas Partilhadas
– organizada pela Plataforma Tecnológica da
Bicicleta e Mobilidade Suave da Universidade
de Aveiro, centrada no universo da Bicicleta,
com enfoque particular em Sistemas de
Bicicletas Partilhadas.

09.30 OPENING SESSION: Mayor of Aveiro, Ribau Esteves
Associated to the final meeting of the
European project SITE which is held in Aveiro,
we organized a session which is open to
public participation. The aim is to discuss the
role of smart ticketing as a tool to connect
the different modes of transport, integrating
them as a seamless continuity. Under the
project of regeneration BUGA, we intend to
further
evaluate
how
shared
bicycles
systems can integrate Public Transports,
filling gaps in the continuity of journeys. We
present scenarios how the regeneration of
BUGA can be made as well as the other
partners of the SITE will present the results in
the cities of Gijon and San Sebastian, Spain, of
Nantes, in France, of Liverpool, in England and
of Dublin, in Ireland.
