- Compreender a importância e os procedimentos para fazer um correcto state-of-the-art sobre uma
assunto científico.
- Compreender passos importantes no desenvolvimento de um plano científico;
- Compreender metodologias de análise de dados e como interpretá-las
- Compreender como comunicar correctamente os dados em ciência, utilizando as convenções
estabelecidas.

- to understand the importance and the procedures to make a correct state-of-the-art about a
scientific issue.
- to understand important steps to undertake to grant the correct development of a scientific
project.
- to have consistent knowledges about the methods used in data analysis and how to interpret
the results upon their use.
- to have knowledges about how to communicate correctly scientific data, using established
conventions.

Desenvolvimento do projecto previamente definido, acompanhado numa relação de orientação tutorial
que prevê a resolução de problemas que surgem ao longo da investigação e a monitorização para uma
correcta implementação dos métodos escolhidos, análise de dados e comunicação dos mesmos com rigor
científico.
Syllabus (1000 caracteres)
Development of the previously defined research project. The supervision of this task is made in a
regular basis and consists in helping in solving problems that arise in the investigation, and in
monitoring the correct implementation of methods, data analysis and comunication with
scientific accuracy.
