The III FALP will take place in Canoas, Southern Brazil, at Unilasalle University,
located next to the Canoas La Salle Station.

Visas to enter in Brazil
MERCOSUL member countries do not need to obtain visas to enter in Brazil –
only identity document needed.

Arriving in Canoas
Canoas is located in the Metropolitan Region of Porto Alegre and it is just 8
kilometers (5 miles) far from Salgado Filho International Airport (air code: POA).
Canoas has a railway service - TRENSURB – which connects Porto Alegre
(downtown) to the International Airport - Estação Aeroporto (Airport Station).
The university where the III FALP will happen is next to Canoas La Salle
Station.

Personal Security
The city of Canoas cares for public safety and strives to improve it even more.
However, it is good to take care when walking
around the city, as the same attention you would
have by walking in any major city around the world.
Take
ake precautions such as avoid walking alone in
empty and unknown places at night, do not use
objects of great value in public places, store objects
of great importance in safes, etc..

Register and Identification
It is recommended to register the enrollment through the website in advance.
Participants previously enrolled may withdraw their credentials at the
Identification
on Center of the event from 9am on June 11th.
The identification will be done by checking the name, so you must carry a
document that identifies you.

The forum official languages are: Portuguese, French, English and Spanish. All
activities
ctivities will have simultaneous translations.

Feed
There will be a food court at the event.
Coffee breaks will be offered during the morning and afternoon pauses.

Travel Insurance
Although it is not an obligation to enter in Brazil, it’s recommended to the
participants to obtain a health insurance before traveling, to ensure protection in
case of incidents

lth Ministry of Brazil recommends vaccination against Yellow Fever for
those who visit the Federal District and the states of Acre, Amapá, Amazonas,
Bahia, Espírito Santo, Goiás, Maranhão, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul,
Minas Gerais, Pará, Piauí, Rio Grande
Grande do Sul, Rondônia, Roraima, Santa
Catarina, São Paulo e Tocantins. To be effective, the vaccination should occur
ten days before to entry into risky areas. The vaccine is valid for ten years.

Energy Sockets
Two voltages are used in Brazil: 110V and 220V. In Canoas, the standard
