NOTICE TO THE MARKET
MARCOPOLO S.A., a listed company on Level 2 of BM&FBovespa, and a leading
manufacturer of bus bodies, announces that it was authorized, through an electronic
bidding process, to manufacture and supply, up to 4,100 school buses, for the "Road
to School" program of the Brazilian Federal Government. Of this total, scheduled for
delivery during 2014 and yet subject to documentation arrangements, 1,500 units will
be manufactured by the company’s Volare unit, located in Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande
do Sul, and 2,600 units will be manufactured at Marcopolo Rio unit, located in Duque
de Caxias, in Rio de Janeiro.
