NOTICE TO THE MARKET
Pursuant to CVM Instruction 358 and to the provision in Paragraph 4, Article 157
of Law 6.404/76, as amended, CTEEP – Companhia de Transmissão de Energia
Elétrica Paulista wishes to notify the market that Mandatory Resolution 2.052 of
August 18 2009 has been published in the Federal Official Gazette (Diário Oficial
da União) authorizing the transfer of corporate control of Interligação Elétrica Sul
S.A. – IESUL, currently held by CTEEP, to be shared with Cymi Holding S.A.,
through the transfer of shares, including those of the minority shareholder as
shown in the chart below:
