Sebastianas…an Eccentric Experience
Antes de se transformar numa das escritoras mais famosas da
atualidade, J.K. Rowlling viveu e trabalhou no Porto durante 2
anos. Apesar de a ideia original do Harry Potter não ter nascido
na cidade, a escritora desenvolveu parte da obra aqui, pelo que
naturalmente existem muitas influências da cidade e do país na
famosa saga. São estas influências que queremos que
descubras connosco.
Durante o mês de Julho, num lugar onde o verde da paisagem
ainda impera, existe uma celebração onde o sagrado e o profano
convivem em perfeita simbiose.
Intimamente ligadas a São Sebastião, as Sebastianas levam-nos
a viajar no tempo e a descobrir tradições seculares.
Before becoming in one of the most famous writers nowadays,
J.K. Rowlling lived and worked in the city of Porto for two years.
Although the original idea of Harry Potter is not from the city,
Rowlling wrote part of the first book here in the city, so naturally
there are a lot of influences from Porto in the books. Those are
the influencers that we want to unveil with you.

O museu de arte contemporânea da cidade do Porto é um
espaço dinâmico e um dos grandes polos disseminadores da
cultura da cidade e da região. Localizado no interior de um dos
mais belos espaços verdes da Europa de 18 hectares, o parque
é composto por uma grande diversidade de magníficos espaços
harmoniosamente interligados.
São Pedro, o santo padroeiro dos Pescadores. Aquele a que as
mulheres das vilas piscatórias rezam, para que o mar devolva
sãos e salvos os seus maridos. Dias de ansiedade e sofrimento,
no entanto tudo muda no dia 29 de Junho! È tempo de celebrar a
agradecer mais um ano de boa pesca e mar pacífico.
The contemporary art museum is much more than just a
museum, It´s the main foundation responsible for the
dissemination of the art in the city and the region. Located inside
one of an amazing park that has a size of 18 hectares and is
