Objectives
To prepare students for the practice of the planning process and for its importance in what
concerns the territory system development, emphasising the expansion process and the
management of county instruments and special territory orders.
Contents
Object Instruments and methodology in the territory planning and practice of the expansion
process and planning management.
Territory management instruments - Juridical regime
The plans hierarchy. Compensation conformity.
Elementary indicative and principle for the urban perimeters limits.
The main components of the urban draw and its territory structure.
Teaching Methods
Oral exposure with audiovisual resources
Assessment
Theoretical/ Theoretical-practical Test and Practical works, with 60% and 40% respectively of
the final mark
