Fall, 2011 ( current position) . Dr. Andrade is currently teaching his
International Business Transactions course entitled “Doing Business in

Latin America”. He taught the same course at UFL in four consecutive
years (2008-2009-2010-2011).
b) visiting professor at the University of Miami Law School , Spring 1983
, Spring 2000 Spring 2005 and Spring, 2008.( high evaluation from
students; earned a certificate for high learning experience)
c) Dr. Andrade has been teaching at BSP-Sao Paulo Business School
since 1996 his course of Business Law. Dr. Andrade has successively
obtained the highest ranks of students’evaluation of all professors in
the BSP Master of Business Administration Degree Program .He has
taught law and finance for BSP- MBA students.
d) Dr.Andrade was a professor of law at the Universidade São Francisco

3.1- Dr. Andrade has been a senior attorney and partner in the international
law firm of Advocacia Attila de Souza Leão Andrade Jr. , a firm established in
S.Paulo, Brazil since 1982. The law firm is engaged in the practice of
international law, corporate and taxation. Mr. Andrade’s law firm has a wide
net of correspondent offices throughout North America, Europe and Latin
America ( current position).

6.1- Writing. Prof. Attila Andrade Jr. is the author of several published books
and he is now writing non professional fictional books as a hobby.

8.1- Dr. Andrade has had the honor of being hired by a joint program of the
US State Department and Harvard University to draft Angola’s new Foreign
Investment Code , a project successfully undertaken in 2000.
8.2- Dr. Andrade has some invention patents on the modular designed block
for home construction and the machine for plastering cement on the wall, both
patents granted by the Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property ; he
recently applied for a patent of invention on a new mixing of cement-sugar
bagasse block for home construction.
