Enquadramento
Framework
A valorização das Áreas Protegidas e das atividades nelas desenvolvidas é
uma prioridade para o crescimento inteligente, sustentável e inclusivo de
Portugal. Neste contexto foi criada a Natural.PT (www.natural.pt), uma
iniciativa do Ministério do Ambiente, Ordenamento do Território e Energia,
através do Instituto da Conservação da Natureza e das Florestas, I.P. (ICNF),
que visa a promoção integrada destes territórios singulares e dos produtos e
serviços neles existentes e que partilhem valores e princípios de
sustentabilidade e valorização da natureza e dos recursos endógenos.
Ciente da necessidade de reforçar o debate sobre constrangimentos e
oportunidades e aprender com exemplos inspiradores, é promovido o
presente seminário internacional "ÁREAS PROTEGIDAS – MARCAS E MODELOS
DE GESTÃO”, com o apoio do fundo EEA Grants.
The valorisation of Protected Areas and local activities (products and services)
is a priority for Portugal’s smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. In this
context it was developed Natural.PT (www.natural.pt), an initiative of the
Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Energy, through the Institute
for Nature Conservation and Forestry, IP (ICNF), that aims for an integrated
promotion of these territories and the products and services which share the
same values and principles of sustainability and nature and local resources
valorisation.
Aware of the need to strengthen the debate on constraints and opportunities
and to learn from inspiring experiences, the international seminar on
"PROTECTED AREAS - BRANDS AND MANAGEMENT MODELS" is promoted with
the support of EEA Grants fund.
Destinatários
Target Audience
O seminário é dirigido à administração central, local e regional, às associações
de desenvolvimento/empresariais, bem como a todas as entidades que têm
um papel-chave no futuro destes territórios e das suas dinâmicas.
The seminar is addressed to local, regional and central authorities,
development associations, entrepreneurial associations and all entities that
play a key role in the future of these territories and their dynamics.
Objetivo
Aim
O objetivo deste evento é promover a partilha de conhecimentos entre as
entidades envolvidas na conservação da natureza e na procura de soluções
inovadoras no que se refere à gestão de áreas protegidas e à valorização das
atividades, produtos (materiais e imateriais) ou serviços, públicos e privados,
nelas existentes.
This event aims to promote knowledge exchange between the entities
involved in the environmental protection and the search of innovative
solutions regarding the management of protected areas and the added value
to economic activities, products (tangible and intangible) and services –
public and private – in these areas.
