USER INSTRUCTIONS
Application: Joining of wooden and similar units.
Operation:
1) Initial Tool Set-up
a) Connect one end of a 1m hose with a threaded
terminal to the tool air inlet, the other end of the hose
being a fast- connecting air coupler.
b) Connect the air-coupler end of the hose to a
compressed air line.
USER INSTRUCTIONS
4 )Lubrification and Maintenance
a)
Use a non-detergent pneumatic SAE 10 line oil
lubricant. Before using the tool, check the tool oil cup level.
b)
Perform regular oil water filter drainages. Humidity
within the tool is extremely deleterious and greatly reduces
tool life.
c)
Perform regular checks on the state of the tool tip. If
necessary, replace it. Damaged tips tend to lock the
equipment.
Note: Tool lubrification is mandatory so as to avoid
pneumatic damage.
2) Feeding of Staples
a) Position the tool upside down.
b) Open the staple magazine by releasing the
magazine (40) lock (44).
c) Introduce the set of staples and close the staple
guide (53)
3) Operation
a) Place the tool over the stapling point.
b) Press the tool against the stapling surface point.
c) Press the tool trigger once for every staple.
