Currently, I am a PhD Candidate in Computer Science at Federal University of Ceará with focus
on Location based Recommender Systems supported by crowd sensing under supervising of
José Antonio F. de Macedo. This current research aims at investigating the relevance of crowd
sensing information to produce more effective recommendations to users (tourists or citizens)
in the city.

I have visited the research group The Knowledge Discovery and Delivery Laboratory (KDD) from
ISTI-CNR twice. The first time I spent three months working on trajectory analysis under complex network perspective and attending classes of the subject Data Mining aspetti avanzati e
applicazioni . Since then, I have been working in collaboration with them under co-supervising
of Chiara Renso. The second time, in turn, I worked on location based recommender systems
jointly with trajectory analysis with complex network techniques as part of the European project
SEEK (FP7 PEOPLE Marie Curie IRSES project.).
