The creation of scenarios can help in the social actions assessment
performed by Natura Cosmetics in Cocoa Cooperatives.!
In this case the comparison of scenarios showed that the Natura Cosmetics
influence in the Cocoa Cooperatives is good even if is not highlighted by
SAM. !
This study does not close the efforts to solve the challenges on S-LCA, once
there are many methodological challenges to be overcome, as:!
limitations of S-LCA framework and,!
lack of indicators reflecting positive social impact.!
The results of this study reinforce the necessity to build a more complete set
of socio-economic indicators to allow confident aggregation and interpretation
of data for the whole supply chain.!
