COMMENTS AND CONSLUSIONS ABOUT THE GROUP OF PARTICIPANTS
DISSEMINATION 1 – Lisbon - 14th Dec 2012
The group consisted of 10 participants from professional schools, secondary schools, municipalities
and institutions related to education and training. At least on responsible person from each
organization participated. More were confirmed, 19 persons, and did not show up, mostly due to bad
weather.
This meeting was very important to capture participants for the online training that took place from
February to July 2013.
This meeting was planned for the same time that EUROYOUTH held the Consortium meeting in
Portugal, so there was more motivation for participants to come and to allow that direct testimonies
and exchanges were possible. This way the potential participants could also contact with all partners
of the project, which surely had a good effect on the participants’ participation in this meeting and on
the following steps of the project.
The participants could understand the project and its context, share experiences and clarify doubts.
DISSEMINATION 2 – Lisbon - 18th Jun 2013
The group consisted in 15 teachers from the 2nd vocational school of Trikala, in Greece.
The context of the visit was a technical visit hosted by EUROYOUTH, under a VET-PRO Leonardo da
Vinci.
During the visit, the project T-TACTIC@School was presented, the Manual (both chapters and
annexes) was explained and shared, as well as the online training was accessed and explored, which
was very positive, as the training was happening at that time and they could see it in a dynamic way.
The participants showed interest in the project, posed questions related to international mobilities
management, instruments, evaluation and certification. The participants also showed interest in the
online training, asked questions related to the management of the training, the materials used and the
receptivity and participation of the trainees.
Both dissemination meetings had positive outcomes because captured the interest of the participant
not only in the thematic but also on the project and its relevance to guarantee the quality in
international mobilities. The participants also showed interest in the following steps of the consortium.

EFFICACY OF THE DISSEMINATION MEETINGS HELD
The meetings were very positive because:
Captured the participants’ interest in the Project and in the thematic
Spread the Manual and its annexes through different organizations and people
Opened the discussion regarding ways to guarantee the quality in international mobilities
Turned the Consortium’s work visible through different organizations and in different countries
As less positive items, we would like to highlight the specific context of Portugal for the transfer made.
It was easy to reach and motivate people to participant online or on their own, however travelling all
over the country in times were schools and teachers are overload, when school budgets and teachers
salaries are cut was a difficult to overcome.
