CARACTERISTICAS TECNICAS
MATERIALES
CUERPO, CONTRABRIDAS Y TORNILLERIA
El material de las piezas, en su totalidad, es la FUNDICION DUCTIL, tipo GGG50, cumpliendo las prescripciones técnicas
de la Norma EN 545, apartado 4.
ANILLOS DE JUNTAS FLEXIBLES
El material de las juntas flexibles es:
a) Para el agua potable:
E.P.D.M. cumpliendo las prescripciones técnicas de la Norma EN 545, apartado 5.2.
b) Para gas natural:
NITRILO del tipo requerido por el cliente.
RECUBRIMIENTOS
En general, los recubrimientos se realizan según la Norma EN 545, apartado 4.5.
RECUBRIMIENTO DE BITUMEN
El recubrimiento Bituminoso de nuestras piezas, es un recubrimiento a base de Bitumen de color negro, aplicado tanto
en el exterior como en el interior de las piezas.
RECUBRIMIENTO DE EPOXI (NUESTRO STANDARD)
El recubrimiento Epoxi de nuestras piezas, es un recubrimiento, tanto interno como externo, a base de polvo de epoxi
atóxico, de color azul, aplicado en caliente y con posterior secado de las piezas en horno. Mínimo espesor de capa de
recubrimiento de 80 micras.
OTROS RECUBRIMIENTOS BAJO PEDIDO
Bajo pedido expreso, se puede realizar cualquier otro tipo de recubrimiento.
CONTROL DE CALIDAD
Contamos con el certificado de aseguramiento de calidad ISO 9002, para la fabricación de Accesorios de Fundición dúctil
según Normas EN 545.
DIMENSIONES EN EL CATALOGO
Las cifras de las dimensiones que aparecen en el catálogo, pueden no ajustarse a la realidad, por error tipográfico. En
general se ajustan a las cifras dadas en la Norma EN 545. Cuando dicha norma no especifique nada para determinados
diámetros, las dimensiones estarán de acuerdo con nuestras propias consideraciones técnicas.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
MATERIALS
BODY, GLANDS AND BOLTING
The fittings material is totally in GGG50 ductil cast iron according the specifications of EN 545 standard, item 4.
FLEXIBLE JOINT RINGS
The joint material is:
a) For clear water:
E.P.D.M. according the technical specifications of EN 545 item 5.2. standard.
b) For natural gas:
NITRILO according customer’s requirements.
COATINGS
The coating is according the EN 545 item 4.5 standard.
BITUMEN COATING
The black bitumen coating is applyed all around the fitting, internally and externally.
EPOXI COATING (OUR STANDARD)
The internal and external epoxi coating is reached from a non-toxic dust epoxi, applyed under hot conditions. The fitting
is drayed with oven.
Minimum coating thickness is 80 microns.
OTHER COATINGS UNDER ORDER
Other coatings are available if required.
QUALITY CONTROL
We have the quality assurance certificate ISO 9002 for manufacture Ductil iron fittings under EN 545 standard.
DIMENSIONS IN THE CATALOGUE
The dimensions showed in the catalogue may not be coincidant with reality, because typping mistake. In general the
dimensions are according the EN 545 standard. When EN 545 don’t cover the size, the dimensions should be according
our own technical considerations.
