No, not in 2013/14, but there are EILC at some Universities
in Lisbon.
Students should take a Portuguese Intensive Course or an
EILC before they start the first semester (minimum level:
A2)
There are a few rooms available on campus, most of the
students will have to rent a room (or share a flat) in the
area.
