Formative Workshop
During the planning stage of the Violence in Transit activities, resulted the constitution of a work
group in the health area. One of the common needs that was identified during the investigation, was
the difficult health care access that vulnerable groups have for several reasons, such as: being in an
illegal situation, living in state pensions, stereotypes and prejudice.

- Inform about the current public health operation
system and its access for vulnerable people
- Presentation of empirical cases that associations have
experienced in health care
- Promote networking between the different
organizations that work with vulnerable groups and
health care
