ABOUT US
CNT originated back in 1995, within the Civil
Construction and Public Works market.
As a result of the growing international
market and domestic slowdown, CNT
thrust itself onto new challenges. It began
its internationalization in 2001, specializing
in formworks.
Operating in various European countries
such as Germany, Belgium, Spain,
Gibraltar, and - since 2010 - Holland, CNT
currently holds an enviable portfolio. This
portfolio is filled with large-size works that
demonstrate our knowledge and skills.
Having proven itself abroad, it reappeared
nationally at the end of 2008. With a solid
organizational structure, an expert and
qualified technical staff and labour force, its
own equipment, and financial capacity, it is
able to embrace large-size projects, vitally
important for our partners and clients.
Marking the difference in quality and safety,
and meeting deadlines, we are prepared
to promptly and efficiently respond to the
sector’s demands.
A origem da CNT reporta a 1995, atuando
no mercado de Construção Civil e Obras
Públicas. Fruto do crescimento do mercado
internacional e abrandamento do nacional a CNT lançou-se para novos desafios,
iniciando a sua internacionalização em 2001,
especializando-se no ramo da cofragem.
Com atividade em vários países da Europa
como Alemanha, Bélgica, Espanha, Gibraltar
e, desde 2010, na Holanda, a CNT possui
atualmente um portfólio invejável, recheado
de obras de grande dimensão demonstrativo
do nosso saber e capacidade.
Com provas dadas no estrangeiro, reaparece
nos finais de 2008 no território nacional, possuindo uma estrutura organizacional sólida,
quadros técnicos e mão de obra experiente
e qualificada, equipamento próprio e capacidade financeira que nos permite abraçar projetos de grande dimensão e vital importância
para os nossos parceiros e clientes.

CNT werd in 1995 opgericht en is actief
in openbare werken en de bouw. Door de
groei van de internationale markt en de
afgenomen binnenlandse vraag richtte CNT
zich op nieuwe uitdagingen. In 2001 besliste
de onderneming om haar activiteiten
buiten de landsgrenzen uit te bouwen en
zich toe te leggen op de vervaardiging van
bekistingen.
Met activiteiten in verschillende Europese
landen, zoals Duitsland, België, Spanje,
Gibraltar, en sinds 2010 ook Nederland, wist
CNT een indrukwekkende portfolio uit te
bouwen, met talloze grote bouwprojecten
die onze kennis en capaciteiten illustreren.
Na zich in het buitenland te hebben bewezen,
verschijnt CNT eind 2008 opnieuw in eigen
land met een sterke organisatie, deskundig
en ervaren technisch personeel, een eigen
uitrusting en een financiële draagkracht
waarmee de onderneming belangrijke en
grootschalige projecten van partners en
klanten kan ondersteunen.
Door onze aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid
en deadlines kunnen we snel en efficiënt

Hoofdkantoor van BP Raffinaderij
New headquarters for BP- Reffinery Rotterdam. Consisted
on building two semi-circular parallel bodies joined by an
atrium where the sloped concrete covering roof of one of
the buildings stands out.

corpos semi-circulares paralelos
unidos por um átrio, onde se destaca a cobertura inclinada em betão
de um dos edifícios.

Construction of three concrete silos with 40 meters
in diameter and 16 meters high wich will serve as a
reservoir to store animal waste in liquid form. Execution
of the formwork (total area of 11,241 m2) and concrete
(1,780 m3) of these three structures.

metros de altura que servirão de reservatório para manter resíduos
animais em forma líquida. Execução da cofragem (área total de 11.241
m2) e betão (1.780 m3) destas três estruturas.

diameter van 40 meter, bedoeld als reservoir voor vloeibaar dierlijk
afval. Uitvoering van de bekisting (totale oppervlakte van 11.241 m2)
en volstorten met beton (1.780 m3) van deze drie structuren.

several foundations for 22 pavilions, about 100 meters
long. Implementation of reinforced concrete foundations
and respective fixing of metal bolts for the subsequent
construction of the supra structure in steel construction.

para 22 pavilhões com cerca de 100 metros de comprimento.
Execução das fundações em betão armado e respetiva fixação de
chumbadouros metálicos para a construção à posteriori da supra
estrutura em construção metálica.
Uitvoering in drie fases van verschillende funderingen voor 22 hallen
met een lengte van ongeveer 100 meter. Uitvoering van funderingen
in gewapend beton en bevestiging van metalen bouten voor de
stalen bovenstructuur.

This is a work that falls within the framework of the project
“KEERSLUIS HEUMEN” promoted by a public body integrated
within the local Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water
Management -Rijkswaterstaat Maaswerken. The awarded
works consist of all structural work in reinforced concrete and
have a time for completion of seven months.
Trata-se de uma obra no âmbito
do projeto “KEERSLUIS HEUMEN”
promovido por um organismo
público integrado no ministério
dos Transportes, Obras Públicas
e Gestão de Águas local - Rijkswaterstaat Maaswerken. Os
trabalhos adjudicados consistem
em toda a obra estrutural em
Betão armado e têm um prazo de
execução de sete meses.
Bouw van de “KEERSLUIS HEUMEN” die deel uitmaakt van het
project Maaswerken van Rijkswaterstaat. De aanbestede werkzaamheden bestaan uit de volledige
structuur in gewapend beton
binnen een uitvoeringstermijn van

Construction of a rectangular office building entirely built
with prefabricated elements, in reinforced concrete and
with two floors. Worthy of notice are the alveolar type
slabs and the walls in massive prefabricated walls with
subsequent sealing of the anchoring points. Due to the
constructive solution adopted, the completion time and
the labour applied were reduced, thus resulting in an
economically interesting solution for the client.
Execução de um edifício de escritórios integralmente construído com
elementos préfabricados, retangular, em betão armado e com dois
pisos. De destacar, as lajes do tipo alveolares e as paredes em muros
préfabricados maciços com selagem à posteriori dos pontos de fixação.
Devido à solução construtiva adotada, o prazo de execução e a mão de
obra aplicada foram mais reduzidos, resultando assim numa solução
economicamente interessante para o cliente.
De bouw van een rechthoekig twee verdiepingen tellend kantoorgebouw, volledig uit geprefabriceerde gewapend betonnen
elementen. Noemenswaardig zijn de holle plavuizen en de geprefabriceerde massieve muren met nadien afgedichte verankeringspunten. De gekozen bouwmethode, de uitvoeringstermijn en de
inzet van minder arbeidskrachten resulteerde in een interessante
economische oplossing voor de klant.

Rotterdam World Gateway (RWG) is one of the largest
operators of container terminals in the world. Once
completed, the RWG will be one of the most modern
container terminals in the world operating in the port of
Rotterdam. CNT will contribute to the execution of this
project with the construction of the structure in precast
concrete and the facades of an office building and
workshop for the management of orders for RWG.
Rotterdam World Gateway (RWG) é um dos maiores operadores de
terminais de contentores no mundo. Depois de concluído, o RWG será
um dos mais modernos terminais de contentores do mundo a operar
no porto de Roterdão. A CNT contribuirá na execução, num prazo inferior
a quatro meses, deste projeto com a realização da estrutura em betão
préfabricado e fachadas de um edifício de escritórios e workshop para a
gestão de encomendas da RWG.
De RWG (Rotterdam World Gateway) is een van de grootste containerterminals ter wereld. Eenmaal opgeleverd, zal de RWG van de haven Rotterdam een van de meest moderne containerterminals ter wereld zijn.
CNT neemt deel aan dit project en bouwt in minder dan vier maanden
de geprefabriceerd betonnen gevels van het kantoorgebouw en van de
workshop voor orderafhandeling.

Construction of a pavilion in reinforced concrete for
subsequent storage in bulk of solid minerals and inorganic
fertilizers. The formwork in this project it’s approximately
9,500.00 m2 of formwork and 3,000.00 m3 of concrete.
Construção de um pavilhão em betão armado para posterior
armazenamento a granel de sais minerais sólidos e fertilizantes
inorgânicos. Execução da cofragem (aproximadamente 9.500,00
m2 de cofragem e 3.000,00 m3 de betão).
De bouw van een paviljoen in gewapend beton voor bulkopslag van
vaste mineralen en anorganische meststoffen. Uitvoering van de
bekisting (ongeveer 9.500 m2 bekisting en 3.000 m3 beton).

Construction/enlargement of the Air Products facilities in
the Port of Rotterdam. The formwork and concrete work
consisted in the construction of support buildings, various
foundations, manholes and respective sealing and deposits
for wastewater. In addition to the reduced times for completion, this work had the particularity of having been carried
out in an industrial/refinery environment implying a high
control and strict enforcement of safety rules at work.
Execução/ampliação das instalações da Air Products existentes no
Porto de Roterdão. Os trabalhos de cofragem e betonagem consistiram
na execução de edifícios de apoio, de fundações diversas, de caixas de
visita e respetiva selagem e de depósitos para águas residuais. Além
dos prazos de execução reduzidos, esta obra teve a particularidade de
se desenvolver em ambiente industrial/refinaria implicando um elevado
controlo e aplicação rigorosa das regras de segurança em obra.
Bouw en uitbreiding van de productievestigingen van Air Products
in de haven van Rotterdam. Bekisting en betonstorten omvatten de
bouw van draagstructuren, verschillende funderingen, mangaten
met afdichting en afvalwaterputten. Naast de korte uitvoeringstermijn moesten deze werkzaamheden in een industriële omgeving/
raffinaderij worden uitgevoerd wat streng toezicht en een strikte
naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften vergde.
