> All walks must be BOOKED IN ADVANCE. You will meet the tour
guide at the meeting point (see maps) approximately 10
minutes before the tour departs. Guides will be duly identified
with the company's logo.

or five centuries the azulejos (hand
painted ceramic tiles) have mirrored
Portugal's multicultural dialogue and the
evolution of its own society from the Islamic
wisdom through the Renaissance spirit and
the Portuguese discoveries to the 'great
production’ of the 18th century and the
eclectic 19th and 20th centuries.
> Maximum group size: 15 people; above this number
additional groups will have to be formed
> Regular ticket:18 € (the price includes VAT, translation,
artistic, historical and cultural overview and entrance fees
where required)

> Every Saturday afternoon there will be a guided walking tour
in Portuguese
> Payment is accepted in CASH or TRAVELLER'S CHEQUES only
> All walking tours last approx. 3 hours and run throughout the
year, except on Sunday Easter, Christmas Day and New Year's
Day. Tours operate rain or shine. Walking does not exceed 1,5
kms. Languages available: ENGLISH, FRENCH and SPANISH
> Unfortunately, we do not take people with dogs nor can we
take disabled people or people with special needs as in most
buildings and walking areas disabled facilities are not
available
> It is the sole responsibility of the participants to decide
whether they are physically fit to take a 3-hour walk or to climb
steep streets. We do not provide transportation. Adequate
footwear should be worn.
