Se gosta de vinho e enologia poderá, por exemplo, visitar as vinhas locais, realizar na adega do resort cursos sobre a vinha e a
produção de vinho, realizar provas comentadas de vinhos regionais e locais, conhecer os princípios da enologia biodinâmica.
Se prefere sentir a planície e o céu poderá experimentar uma viagem de balão no Alentejo.
Pode, ainda, visitar os locais culturais mais interessantes de Évora e do Alentejo, com acompanhamento personalizado de um
historiador.
L'AND Vineyards offers a set of experiences and customized activities.
If you enjoy wine and are interested in enology, you may visit the local vineyards, attend courses, held at the resort cellar, on the
wines and wine production, participate in guided wine tasting sessions of regional and local wines and learn the principles of
biodynamic winemaking.
If you prefer to experience the Alentejo plains and sky, you may go for a balloon ride.
Alternatively, you can enjoy a visit the most interesting cultural sites of Évora and of other cities in Alentejo under the expert
guidance of a historian.

PASSEIO DE BALÃO
Venha descobrir a paisagem e o céu do Alentejo num passeio mágico em Balão de ar quente. O balão levanta de manhã cedo
ou ao por do sol.
A Land propõe-lhe um voo com duração de uma hora com partindo do L’AND Vineyards.
Observações: As viagens de balão devem ser marcadas com 24horas de antecedência e por motivos técnicos só são possíveis
de realizar a horas estipuladas pelos responsáveis do voo, mediante as condições metrológicas do dia pretendido.
BALLOON RIDE
Come and discover the Alentejo landscape and sky in a magical ride in a hot air balloon. The balloon takes off early in the
morning or at sunset.
Land offers you a one-hour flight, departing from L’AND Vineyards Resort.
Comments: The balloon rides must be booked 24 hours in advance. Due to technical reasons, the flights can only take off at the
hour specified by the captain according to the meteorological conditions of the intended day.

Visita ao centro histórico de Évora, incluindo visita ao templo Romano, ao Museu, à Muralha, às Termas, à Praça do
Giraldo, bem como à Sé Catedral.

GUIDED TOUR THROUGH ÉVORA
With the support of a Professional Guide, discover the ancient culture and unique heritage of the city of Évora – a city marked by
the presence of the Neolithic, Roman, Arab and Medieval civilizations.
Évora has been classified by UNESCO as a Cultural Heritage site.
L’AND suggests the following visits each lasting approximately 3 hours:
Guided tour in the historic center, including visit to the Roman temple, to the Museum, to the City Walls, to the Thermal
Springs, the Giraldo Square, as well as the Cathedral.

TOUR DO CASTELO DE MONTEMOR-O-NOVO
Duração: 90 minutos
A viagem ao passado começa com a entrada pela Porta da Vila, guardada pela sobranceira Torre do Relógio, e continua pelas
antigas ruas onde se avistam os resquícios de uma Vila Notável onde se reuniram cortes e se mandaram lançar barcos a caminho
da Índia.
O Castelo de Montemor-o-Novo, classificado como monumento nacional, apresenta elementos arquitectónicos de importante
valor artístico bem como uma forte componente de tradições orais locais. Para além do que, as escavações arqueológicas,
efectuadas de 2003 a 2010, deixaram a descoberto uma parte importante da malha urbana da antiga vila de Montemor-o-Novo,
onde hoje se podem ver vestígios de habitações, ruas, adegas, silos, cisternas e canalizações que revelam muito sobre a vida na
antiga vila medieval amuralhada.

TOUR IN THE CASTLE OF MONTEMOR-O-NOVO

The journey to the past begins with the entrance from Port Vila, guarded by the lofty clock tower, and continues through the old
streets where you can admire the remains of a medieval village.
The Castle of Montemor-o-Novo, classified as a national monument, has important architectural elements of artistic value as well
as a strong component of local oral traditions.

Duração: 90 minutos
Inicialmente localizada dentro das muralhas do castelo, a vila de Montemor expandiu pela encosta Norte, onde actualmente se
localiza.
Começando no antigo Rossio da cidade, passando pela antiga Rua Nova e pela antiga Rua Direita, este tour traz à luz dos nossos
dias a vida e as dinâmicas do Arrabalde da antiga vila.
Em Montemor-o-Novo pode-se visitar um vasto conjunto de igrejas, conventos, fontes e habitações de traçado manuelino que
passam facilmente despercebidos sob as rotinas do quotidiano. Teve ainda um papel importante no desenrolar de
acontecimentos históricos como a resistência à primeira invasão francesa e guerra civil portuguesa e viu nascer São João de
Deus e Belchior Curvo Semedo.

COURSES AND WINE TASTING
The culture of wine and the viniculture is an important aspect of our identity. At our country club we cultivate typical Alentejo
varieties using natural methods which express the unique terroir of the region and captures the flavour of the fertile landscape. A
small winery built in the central building allows visitors, guests and residents to celebrate the art of wine and deepen their
knowledge of wine culture.
Get to know the winemaking process from the terroir to the bottling and learn from the winemaker how to appreciate a wine in all
its aspects: colour, aroma and taste.
L’AND suggests the following activities:

L’AND Tasting – Includes visit to the winery and tasting of L’AND Wine (approx. 20 minutes).

Montemor-o-Novo Tasting – Includes tasting of 3 wines (one variety) with a visit to the vineyard and winery (approx. 40 minutes).

Valadas Tasting – Includes 5 wines with a visit to the vineyard and winery (approx. one hour).

Vinhas Tasting – Includes evidence of top 5 wines, choice of sommelier, with a visit to the vineyard and winery (approx. one hour).


SESSÕES DE SONS COM TAÇAS TIBETANAS
Duração do tratamento: 60 minutos
A terapia de som é baseada numa sabedoria milenar, aplicada nas terapias de cura da tradição tibetana pré-budista Bon. Um
aspecto central é a procura do sentido da vida, que podemos descobrir quando encontramos o nosso equilíbrio num mundo em
mutação constante.
Nas sessões de sons, a pessoa deita-se, confortavelmente vestida, para uma viagem interior de relaxamento profundo. A
sonoridade e a vibração emitidas pelas taças e outros instrumentos acústicos ancestrais, façam com que o stress, as
preocupações e os bloqueios energéticos possam ser libertos, de dentro para fora.
Uma sessão de sons toca em muitas camadas do nosso ser. Os sentidos são despertos e a sensibilidade aumenta, enquanto a
capacidade de regeneração do corpo é estimulada. O efeito dos sons perdura: numa situação ideal, uma sessão de sons é
seguida por um período de descanso e espaço para recuperação: uma massagem ou um banho, uma refeição equilibrada, um
vinho delicado, um passeio tranquilo, uma boa conversa.

RELAXATION AND HEALING SESSIONS
Duration: 60 minutes
Sound therapy is a powerful healing-science dating back thousands of years, through many cultures, and still used today. Every
cell in our body is a sound resonator, and our body is made up of at least 70% water. Because of this, our bodies are an excellent

conductor of sound vibrations, making sound therapy a very effective method of healing. The resonance of harmonic tones
stimulates and restores balance throughout the body, reconnecting us with the natural rhythms.
This session works to bring relaxation to the mind, to open the heart, and enhance clarity, allowing the body to respond in healthy
ways to remove internal stress, such as lowering our heart rate and blood pressure, decreasing muscle tension, smoothing our respiration, and harmonizes the chakra's and auric field thereby altering the resonance and vibrational frequency to a higher state.
Sound healing treatments are combined with massage and energy healing. It is deeply relaxing and may incorporate the use of
instruments such as Tibetan bowls, chimes, bells, rattles, drums, cymbals, and voice harmonics. Your body will hum, your Soul will
sing!
