Três grandes conceitos estruturam o projecto:
Flexibilidade, Sustentabilidade e Representatividade

Flexibility, Sustainability and Representativeness
A proposta materializa-se como um sistema de
implantação e gestão de espaços, tanto interiores como
exteriores, de trabalho ou de descanso, funcionais ou
representativos/distintos, e não como uma série de
edifícios isolados dispostos sobre uma parcela de
terreno. Ou seja, o conjunto é o resultado de uma regra
organizativa que afecta todas as partes constituintes
do complexo, e permite adaptar a massa edificada e os
espaços intersticiais aos diferentes requisitos funcionais
sem se perder o carácter do conjunto.
The proposal is materialized as a deployment and area
(indoor and outdoor)management system, both indoor
and outdoor, of work or rest, functional or representative/
different, and not as a series of separate buildings
arranged on a plot of land. In other words, the assembly
is the result of an organizational rule which affects all
the constituent parts of the complex, and which allows
to adapt the volume of buildings and the interstitial
spaces of the various functional requirements without
losing the character set.
O objectivo da proposta é a criação de um lugar de
trabalho excepcional, versátil, funcional e com elevado
grau de conforto. Como tal, a proposta sustenta-se
na ideia de um grande parque, um espaço natural e
controlado, que gerará um microclima interior e uma
imagem simbólica para o exterior.
The proposal is to create a place of exceptional work,

Uma grande superfície ajardinada cobrirá grande parte
dos espaços exteriores, proporcionando protecção da
incidência solar directa para as fachadas e permitindo
percursos pedonais mesmo nos dias de calor mais
extremos. Por baixo desta grande cobertura os edifícios
distribuem-se organizando espaços singulares de grande
beleza paisagística. As superfícies angulares/diedrais dos
edifícios e a sua materialidade semi-reflectante produzirão
efeitos únicos, multiplicando virtualmente os jardins e
combinando as cores da flora.
A large green area will cover most of the outdoor spaces,
providing protection from direct sunlight to the facades
and allowing walkways even in the most extreme hot
days. Beneath this high coverage buildings are distributed
organizing spaces of great natural beauty. The angled
surfaces the of buildings and their semi-reflective
materiality will produce unique effects multiplying
virtually the gardens and matching the colors of the flora.
