Inscrições para o Programa de
Atendimento Extra-Curricular
Inscrições: de 1/dez a 28/dez, diretamente nos
Clubes Infantis, na Div. de Desenvolvimento da
Próxima Geração e sucursais de Asahi, Asuke,
Fujioka, Obara e Shimoyama. Outras
informações: Matrículas para período de férias
de verão devem ser feitas no período acima.
Verifique atentamente as explicações constantes
na Ficha de Inscrição. Inscrições: diretamente
nos Clubes Infantis (das 15h30 às 18h), na Divisão
de Desenvolvimento da Próxima Geração (tel:
0565-34-6630), ou sucursais de Asahi (tel: 0565-682213), Asuke (tel: 0565-62-0600), Fujioka (tel: 056576-2103), Obara (tel: 0565-65-2001) ou Shimoyama
(tel: 0565-90-4411).

Application for the‘After School
Program (Hokago Jido Club)’–
School Year 2016
Application forms: Distributed from
December 1 (Tue) at the After School Program
Clubs, Toyota City Hall Next Generation
Development Division or Asahi/Asuke/Obara/
Shimoyama/Fujioka Branch Offices (You can
download from the website). ※Application forms
for elementary school new enrolling students are
also available at kodomoen and private
kindergartens located within the Toyota City.
Application submission: Submit by December
28 (Mon) at respective After School Program
Club, Toyota City Hall Next Generation
Development Division (Tel.: 0565-34-6630), or
Asahi, Asuke, Obara, Shimoyama, Fujioka Branch
Offices. ※Signups after the application period is
over will be accepted only at the clubs with
vacancies. If you need to use the After School
Program only during certain period, such as
summer break, you will still have to submit
application within signup period, regardless of
whether you are going to use the service or not
from the beginning of the school year (In April).
Application for the Newly-Built
Miwa Municipal Housing
Qualificação: estão qualificadas a participar do
sorteio as pessoas que cumpram todas as
exigências a seguir: (1) que residem ou trabalham
em Toyota; (2) que não possuem imóvel próprio;
(3) cujos impostos e taxas municipais estão
integralmente liquidados; (4) cuja renda
enquadra-se nos limites de renda; (5) que não
pertencem a gangues e organizações criminosas.
Distribuição do formulário: a partir de 10 de
dezembro (qui), no Escritório de Habitação
Pública. Recepção do formulário: de 17 (qui) a
24 de dezembro (qui), apenas pessoalmente. Data
do sorteio: 15 de janeiro (sex). Entrada no
apartamento: a partir de 1º de abril.

Eligibility: Applicants should meet all the
following condition: (1) live or work in Toyota
City; (2) not own a house; (3) have no municipal
tax debt; (4) meet the income limits; (5) not belong
to organized crime group. Income criteria:
Less than 4,472,000 yen/household in general;
Less than 5,312,000 yen/household with an
elderly person or a child rearing household. ※
The reference annual amount above is for a
family with 4 members whose income derive
from salaries. All individuals must be 60 years of
age or older in an elderly household (individuals
17 years of age or younger living together are
also eligible). Child raising household is a
household with child(dren) in pre-school age.
Application form availability: From
December 10 (Thu) at Municipal Housing Office.
Application submission period: From
December 17 (Thu) to 24 (Thu). Submit it directly
to the Municipal Housing Office (Tel.: 0565-360655). ※Public lottery will be held on January 15,
2016 (Fri).
