RESUMO
O objetivo é indicar objetivamente os
fundamentos sobre os quais se
estrutura a ética do discurso segundo
Karl-Otto Apel e os principais pontos
de concordância e discordância para
com a ética da libertação, a partir de
Enrique Dussel. Discorre-se, em
seguida, sobre os principais conceitos
do pensamento dusseliano com ênfase
em seu princípio crítico material,
posicionando-se favoravelmente à uma
fundamentação ética de conteúdo
material, e não apenas procedimental;
e que considere como ponto de partida
a originária situação de injustiça na qual
se dá o desenrolar histórico da
sociedade latino-americana.

ABSTRACT
The objective is to indicate objectively
the grounds on which the ethics of
speech, theory of Karl-Otto Apel,
structure on and the main points of
agreement and disagreement faced with
the Ethics of the Liberation theory,
from Enrique Dussel. After that, is
written about the main concepts of the
thought of Dussel, emphasized on his
critical-material principle, according to
the idea of ethical reasons, having itself
material contents besides the procedural
contents. It’s considered as the start line
the origin of the injustice situation,
based on which goes the Latin
American society history.
