Objetivos:
No final desta unidade curricular os alunos devem ter desenvolvido uma aprendizagem que lhes permita:
Intervir junto do indivíduo adulto com problemas do foro cirúrgico, em situações agudas e crónicas; Estruturar as
ações de enfermagem articulando a pertinência terapêutica destas relativamente às cirurgias a que o indivíduo foi
submetido; Interrelacionar as ações de Enfermagem com as dos outros membros da equipa de saúde, no sentido de
promover a autonomia do indivíduo.
Competências:
Integra conhecimentos sobre o processo cirúrgico e diferentes tratamentos cirúrgicos; Demonstra capacidades em
identificar, planear, intervir e avaliar intervenções de enfermagem pré e pós-operatórias; Integra conhecimentos
sobre o cuidar da pessoa com queimadura, transplantada e em situação crítica; Demonstra capacidades em
identificar, planear, intervir e avaliar intervenções de enfermagem à pessoa que requer cuidados de emergência e
intensivos; Executa intervenções de enfermagem específicas.

Objectives:
At the end of this course students should have developed a learning that will enable them to:
Intervene with the adult surgical problems of the forum, in acute and chronic;
Structure the actions of Nursing articulating the therapeutic relevance of these surgical procedures in
relation to which the individual has undergone;
Nursing actions interrelate with other health team members, to promote the autonomy of the individual
Skills:
Integrates knowledge about the surgical process and different surgical treatments
Demonstrates ability to identify, plan, intervene and evaluate nursing interventions pre-and postoperative
Integrates knowledge about caring for people with burns, transplant in a critical situation.
Demonstrates ability to identify, plan, intervene and evaluate nursing interventions to the person who
requires emergency care and intensive
Performs nursing interventions specific to the surgical intensive care and in the laboratory context.
