Artigo 1 : Organisação
A SARL Europe Camions Interactive a seguir designada sob o nome de “organizadora”, com a sede social é o
Moulin Collot 88500 Ambacourt, a matricula SIRET 40890191600044, organiza um jogo gratuito sem obrigação
de compra do 07/12/2012 ao 06/01/2013 meia-noite. Permite ganhar uma tabelete, um leitor MP3 e uma
chave USB.
Artigo 2 : Participantes
Este jogo é gratuito sem obrigação de compra e exclusivamento aberto aos adultos, a data de inical do jogo,
residentes da França metropolitana, Bélgica, Espanha, Portugal, Itália, Países Baixos, Polónia, Alemanha,
Luxemburgo.
São excluídos do jogo as pessoas não respeitem as condições acima, bem como o pessoal do "organizador".
Qualquer pessoa que não cumprir essas condições ou se recusar a fornecer a prova será excluído do jogo e em
caso de ganho, não beneficiar de seu lote.
É permitida somente uma inscrição por pessoa (mesmo nome, mesmo endereço).
A participação no concurso implica a aceitação integral das regras.
Artigo 3 : Modalidades de participação
Para jogar, devem encontrar o anúncio do Pai Natal ao meio do anúncios de camiões a vender e inscriver-se.
O anúncio do Pai Natal chama-se "Camião do Pai Natal usado Moteur 6 renas".
O participante deve preencher completamente e correctamente o formulário de informações para que a
inscrição sejam válida. O jogador é informado e aceita que as informações indicadas no formulário de inscrição
vale prova de sua identidade.
Toda participação efectuada contrariamente às disposições do regulamento tornará a participação inválida.

A valor dos prémios é determinda ao momento da redação do presente regulamento e não pode ser
contestada em sua avaliação.
Todas as cargas exposadas subsequentemente ao jogo nomeadamente para a entrevista e o uso destes lotes
estão inteiramente à carga do vencedor.
Artigo 5 : Designação dos vencedores
No fim do jogo-concurso, a tiragem dos prémios será realizada no dia 07/01/2013 às 10:00 horas francesas.

Os vencedores serão informados por e-mail a direcção de mail indicado durante a inscrição ao jogoconcurso
Artigo 7 : Entrega dos prémios
Os ganhos serão enviados aos contactos postais indicados pelos participantes.
Em caso de retorno , o prémio será a disposição durante 15 dias. Depois de este prazo não se poderá pretender
algo.
Os vencedores comprometem-se a aceitar os lotes tais como foram propostos sem possibilidade de troca
nomeadamente contra dinheiro, outros bens ou serviços de cerca de natureza que seja nem transferência do
benefício à uma terceira pessoa. Do mesmo modo, estes lotes não poderão fazer o objecto de pedidos de
compensação.

Article 1: Organisation
The SARL Europe Camions Interactive below designated under the term “organizer”, with its head office at Le
Moulin Collot 88500 Ambacourt, registered under the company number 40890191600044, organizes a free
game with no obligation to buy from 12/07/2012 to 01/06/2013 at midnight.
With the holidays coming up, Europe Camions Interactive puts together an online game giving you the
opportunity to win a tablet, an MP3 player and a USB flash drive.
To win, the Internet users have to find the “Santa’s truck” classified ad, which will be hidden on the classified
ad website www.europe-camions.com. Once the ad is discovered, users have to get registered to try and win
the prizes at stake.
The awarding of the prizes will be done through random draw.
Article 2: Participants
This free and with no obligation to buy game is exclusively reserved to adults, at the start of the game, living in
metropolitan France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Germany, Luxembourg.
Are not able to take part of the game, any person who doesn’t fit the above criteria as well as the staff of the
“organizer” company, and any other person who might have directly or not taken part in the making or the
management of the game as well as their spouse or family members: ancestors and direct descendants or any
other relative living under the same roof or not.
“The organizer” reserves the right to ask any participant to justify the above conditions. Anyone not complying
with these conditions or refusing to justify themselves will be excluded from the game and won’t be able, in
case of a win, to get their prize.
You are only allowed one participation by person (same name, same address). “The organizer” reserves the
right to do any verification to be sure this rule is respected.
The participation in the game implies the complete acceptance of the given terms and conditions.
Article 3: Rules for participation

To take part in the game, you have to find Santa’s classified ad among the other trucks for sale and you have to
register.
Santa’s classified ad is entitled “Used Santa’s truck engine 6 reindeers”.
The participant must completely and totally fill in the information form so that you are correctly registered.
The player is informed and accepts that the information provided in the registration form is proof of their
identity.
Any participation going contrary to the given terms and conditions will invalidate the participation. Any
participant suspected of fraud could be evicted from the game by the “organizer” without it having to justify
itself. Any incomplete, false or illegible identification or participation, deliberately or not, or made differently
than the form provided in the given terms and conditions will be rendered void. The same consequences would
be applied in case of multi participation.
Article 4: Prizes
The prizes offered for this game are:

The prizes’s worth is determined at the time of the writing of the terms and conditions and could not be
disputed regarding the price.
All the costs posterior to the game such as the maintenance and use cost of these prizes are at the expense of
the winner.
Article 5: Winners designation

At the end of the game, the winner will be randomly drawn on January 7 , 2013 at 10.00am (UTC+1).
Article 6: Winners announcement

The winners will be informed by an email to the address they gave when they registered for the game
Article 7: Prize awarding
The prizes will be sent to the winners to the postal details they gave while registering.
If the prize comes back to the organizer, it will be at the winner’s disposal for 15 days. After this period, the
prize won’t be at the winner’s disposal anymore.
The winners agree to accept the prizes as they are offered without the possibility of exchanging them for
money, other items or services of any sort. The win cannot be transferred to any other person than the one
registered. Moreover, these prizes cannot be exchange for any other compensation.
The “organizer” reserves the right to, in case of the incidence of any event beyond its control, especially linked
to suppliers or unpredictable circumstances, replace the announced prizes by other prizes of the same value.
The winner will be informed of any changes.
Article 8: Use of the participants’ personal data
The participants’ information are registered and used by the “organizer” to store their participation at the
game and ease the prize awarding.
The participants can, for legitimate reasons, disagree with the fact that their personal data they gave during the
registration for the game be treated. They also have the right to refuse that these information be used for
commercial prospection purposes, apart from the participation at this game. You can assert your rights by
letter to the “organizer”, whose address is mentioned in article 1.
The winner(s) allow the “organizer” to use as advertising or public relations their contact details (nom,
surname), on any support, without them being paid, or having any kind of right or advantage other than the
prize they won.

In compliance with the Freedom of Information Law from January, 6 , 1978, any participant can rectify,
complete, clarify, update or erase information about them that might be wrong, incomplete, ambivalent or
expired by sending a letter to the “organizer”, whose address is mentioned in article 1.
Article 9: Reimbursement of the expenses linked to the game
The reimbursement of the expenses will be done under the conditions described below:
In compliance with article L.121-36 of the French Consumer Code, the access to the website and the
participation in the games on the website are completely free. Thus, the connection costs to the website that
the participant might pay will be reimbursed in accordance with the following terms.
The “organizer” stores, for each participant, the connecting hours and days, the disconnections times as well as
the length of connection.
Only one reimbursement per month and per household (same name, same address) is accepted, if the
participant lives in France and uses the website normally, meaning not more than 15 minutes a day.
With the actual offers from some internet service providers offering free or inclusive connections to internet
users, it is expressly agreed that any access to the website on a free or inclusive basis (such as cable
connection, DSL or specialized liaison) could not be reimbursed, to the extent that the subscription to the
internet service provider occurred for a general internet use by the internet user and that his connection to the
website to participate in the game doesn’t cause him expenses or extra costs.
In case of a connection invoiced on a pro-rata basis of the length of communication, the connection expenses
on the website to participate in the games will be reimbursed by check, after the participant’s demand in the
month following the costs, date as postmarked, in the next two months after the participant’s demand.
In the event of an inclusive connection paid for a certain amount of time and, beyond this time, invoiced on a
length of communication pro-rata basis, the connection’s expenses will be reimbursed to the participant once
it is established that the participant exceeded the package he had and that it exceeded due to the connection
to the website. To be reimbursed for the connection expenses, as well as the postage costs of his
reimbursement demand, the participant should send the “organizer” a written demand, on a separate sheet,
with the following elements:

The dates, hours and lengths of connection to the website
A copy of the detailed invoice, from the internet service provider where you have your subscription, with
the dates and hours of connection to the website.
The postage costs needed for the connection expenses reimbursement demand will also be reimbursed, on
request, on the basis of the slow post price in effect.

It can be sent for free (stamp reimbursed on request) to any person who request it to the “organizer”.
The “organizer” reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify or cancel the game at any given moment,
especially in case of force majeure, without the participants being able to ask for any compensation. The
modified terms and conditions, by amendments, will be available, in this case, at the SCP ACTA office of

Article 11: Intellectual and industrial properties
The reproduction, representation or utilization of some or every elements of the game, the given terms and
conditions as well are strictly forbidden.
Any brands/makes, logos, texts, images, videos and other distinctive marks seen on the website as well as the
websites they access via hyperlinks, are the exclusive property of their holder and are protected in that
capacity by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code and this is valid worldwide. Their unauthorized
reproduction is a counterfeit and is subject to criminal sanctions.
Any full or partial unauthorized reproduction of these makes/brands, logos and signs is a counterfeit and is
subject to criminal sanctions.
The participation at this game implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions of the given rules by the
participants.
Article 12: Responsibility
The responsibility of the “organizer” cannot be incurred in case of force majeure or in case of unforeseeable
circumstances beyond its control.
The “organizer” cannot be held responsible for any delays, losses, thefts, damage in the mail, lack of
readability of the postmarks because of the postal services. It cannot be held responsible and no recourse
could be initiated against it in case of incidence of events displaying the features of force majeure (strikes, bad
weather…). These events, preventing the participants partially or completely from taking part in the game
and/or the winners from getting their prizes.
The “organizer” as well as its service providers and partners cannot be held responsible for potential incidents
that could occur during the use of the prizes by the beneficiaries or their guests once the winners will have
them in their possession.
Likewise, the “organizer”, as well as its service providers and partners, cannot be hold responsible in case of
loss or theft of the prizes by the beneficiaries once they have them in their possession. Any additional cost to
take possession of the prizes must be borne entirely by the winners without them being able to ask the
“organizer” for any compensation, or to any other service provider societies and partners.
Article 13: Litigation and complaint
This regulation is governed by the French law.
The “organizer” reserves the right to decide any matter that could emerge about the interpretation or
application of the terms and conditions, being understood that no dispute about the game’s form, the results,
the prizes or their reception will be accepted a month after the end of the game. Except in case of obvious
error, it is agreed that the information about the “organizer’s” game systems have probative force in any
dispute about the connection elements and computer processing of said information about the game.
Any complaint must be addressed to the “organizer” in the month following the end of the game. Once that
date has passed, no complaints will be accepted. The participation in the game implies full acceptance of this
regulation.
Article 14: Convention of proof
It is explicitly agreed by the participant and the “organizer, that the systems and computer files is evidence.
The computerized registers, kept in the computer systems of the “organizer”, in reasonable security conditions
and reliability, are considered as proof of relations and communications between the “organizer” and the
participant.
Thus, it is agreed that, except in case of obvious error, the “organizer” will be able to, especially in purpose of
proving any act, act or omission, programs, data, files, recordings, operations and other elements (such as
monitoring reports or other states) of electronic or computer medium, format or nature made, received or
kept directly or indirectly by the “organizer”, especially in its computer systems.
These elements are proof and if they are produced as proof by the “organizer” in any contentious procedure
or other, they would be admissible, valid and opposable between the parties the same way, in the same
conditions and with the same probative force as any document that would be made, received or kept in
writing.
Any operation made with the login and password given to a participant, once registered, are irrebuttably
presumed to have been made under the responsibility of the participant.
