Contract with Hospital A.C. Camargo ("Hospital do Câncer")

announces to the market the celebration of a Contract for Provision of Clinical Analysis
Diagnostic Services to Hospital A.C. Camargo (“Hospital do Câncer”) located in São Paulo – SP.
Maintained by Fundação Antônio Prudente, Hospital A.C. Camargo is one of the main centers
for diagnostic, treatment, education and research of cancer in Latin America.
This association, which will start on March 5th 2011, will include the execution of more than
100 thousand clinical analysis exams per month. It will also provide Hospital A.C. Camargo the
quality and vast portfolio of exams performed by the Fleury Group.
This contract reinforces Fleury Group´s strategic growth path in Diagnostic Operations in
Hospitals and represents an increase of circa 20% in the Business Unit´s number of exams. The
Group already provides diagnostic services in 8 remarkable hospitals: Hospital Sírio-Libanês
(SP), Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz (SP), Hospital Samaritano (SP), Hospital Santa Catarina
(SP), Hospital Santa Joana (PE), UNICORDIS (PE), Hospital Moinhos de Vento (RS) and Hospital
Ernesto Dornelles (RS).
