HELBOR PERFOMS SIX MORE REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENTS
Mogi das Cruzes, December 8th, 2011 – Helbor Empreendimentos S.A. (BM&F BOVESPA: HBOR3), a residential and
office real estate developer covering 30 cities in 10 states, in addition to the Federal District, Brasília, announces its
launches performed from October 1st to December 7th, 2011.
Six projects were launched to date, as described in the following table, with Total PSV of R$ 495 million and R$ 367
of Helbor’s stake. From these launches, two are located in the city of Santos (São Paulo state - SP), one in Mogi das
Cruzes (SP), one in Curitiba (Paraná state - PR) and two developments in the city of São Paulo (SP).

Among these launches, it is worth mentioning Helbor Concept, the first multi-purpose complex in the city of Mogi
das Cruzes (SP), located adjacent to Mogi Shopping. The project will consist of three towers, with residential and
commercial units. This project was one of the biggest company's sales successes in the year, with 100% of its 472
units sold in pre-launch.
In the period started on October 1st, 2011, Helbor resumed the releases in the city of São Paulo (SP) with two
projects, of which Lead Offices Faria Lima is highlighted, consisting of commercial suites and large units, and
presents excellent sales performance with 88% already sold at an average price of R$ 21,000 per square meter.
The company also informs that prepares three other developments to be possibly launched in 4Q11, including two
in the city of Cuiabá (Mato Grosso state - MT) and one in Rio de Janeiro (Rio de Janeiro state – RJ), and maintains
the practice of analyzing the market specially in relation to price and sales. Thus, Helbor stands as one of the
companies with the best margins and sales over supply (SoS) of industry, in order to create value for its
shareholders and investors.
