Banco do Brasil hereby informs that the Board of Directors, in a meeting held today:
a) Approved the junction between the Vice-presidency of Retail, Distribution and
Operations with the Vice-presidency of Human Resources and Sustainable
Development, which process will result the Vice-Presidency of Retail Distribution and
Human Resources.
b) Approved the creation of the Vice-presidency of Services, Infrastructure and
Operations which will respond by supply areas, shared services management and
other infrastructure and operation services.
The changes do not imply increased costs or changes in 2015 guidance.
c) Elected, to complete 2013/2016 term, Mr. Paulo Roberto Lopes Ricci as VicePresident of Retail Distribution and Human Resources and Mr. Cesar Augusto
Rabello Borges as Vice-President of Services and Infrastructure.
César Augusto Rabello Borges was born in Salvador – Bahia. He is 66 years old and
holds a Degree in Civil Engineering. From April 2013 to December 2014, he worked
as Transportation Minister and Chief Minister of Harbor Department. He was
governor of Bahia from 1999 to 2002 and, among other activities, he also worked as
deputy governor, senator, state representative and Secretary of State for Water
Resources and president of the Bahia Commercial Registry. From May 2012 to April
2013, he worked as Banco do Brasil Government Vice-president
Paulo Roberto Lopes Ricci is 46 years old and he have been Banco do Brasil
employee for 31 years. Previously he worked as Vice-president of Retail, Distribution
and Operations and as Government Director and Superintendent in São Paulo, Santa
Catarina and Tocantins. He holds a Degree in Business Administration and MBA in
General Training for Senior Executives by FIA / USP (São Paulo).
