地勞工身份咭有效期屆滿日：
Solicita a prorrogação de “Autorização Especial de Permanência”do seu agregado familiar abaixo indicado até ao termo da validade do seu TI/TNR
refeido nos termos da alínea n°.5 do artigo 8° da Lei n°.4/2003 da RAEM:

需與外地勞工之“勞工咭”續期申請一并辦理，故除需提交續期“勞工
咭”所需文件外，還需提供以下文件：
1. 經 濟 財 政 司 司 長 批 准 有 關 之 外 地 勞 工 續 期 之 批 示 副 本 1 份 ；
2. 勞 工 暨 就 業 局 之 公 函 副 本 1 份 ；
3. 該 外 地 勞 工 所 持 護 照 副 本 1 份 （ 只 須 身 份 資 料 頁 ）；
4. 該 外 地 勞 工 所 持 “ 勞 工 咭 ” 副 本 1 份 ；
5. 每 一 家 團 成 員 之 護 照 正 本 及 副 本 2 份 （ 只 須 身 份 資 料 頁 ）；
【 註 ： X.若 有 關 之 外 勞 屬 家 庭 傭 工 ， 則 不 需 提 供 第 1 及 2 之 文 件 。 】
Deve ser tratado juntamente com a renovação do TI/TNR, pelo que, para além de documentos necessários
da dita renovação, é ainda preciso apresentar os seguintes documentos:
1. 1 cópia do despacho mais recente do Exmº SEF que autorizou o trabalhador não-residente (TNR)
a trabalhar na RAEM;
2. 1 cópia do ofício de DSTE;
3. 1 cópias do passaporte do respectivo TNR (apenas página biográfica);
4. 1 cópias do TI/TNR do TNR;
5. 2 cópias do passaporte de cada agregado familiar (apenas página biográfica).
【Obs:
X. É dispensada a apresentação dos documentos referidos no ponto 1 e 2, caso a TNR
for empregada doméstica.】
It has to be made along with the application for renewal of the non-resident worker’s “Work Permit”.
Therefore, besides the documents required, the following documents should also be submitted:
1. 1 copies of the most recent dispatch of the Secretary for Economy and Finance regarding
approval of the employment of the non-resident worker in Macao;
2. 1 copy of the official letter from the Labour and Employment Bureau;
3. 1 copy of the passport of the non-resident worker (bio data page only);
4. 1 copy of the “Work Permit” of the non-resident worker;
5. The original and 2 copies of the passport of each dependent (bio data page only).
【Note:
X. Documents 1 and 2 will be exempted if the non-resident worker is a domestic helper. 】
