Objectives:
During this semester the student will attend different stations stage, accompanied by a tutor/monitor, Radiotherapy Technician, who
will be responsible for transmitting:
Accurately identify the anatomical area to acquire images for planning;
Delineate the anatomical structures of interest, with knowledge of methods of image fusion;
Execute dosimetric plans with accuracy according the medical prescription;
Interpret accurately the clinical prescription and all parameters of dosimetric planning.
Register all data required for the treatment to the chart of the patient and the system of registration and verification.
Perform accurately all procedures related to simulation, execution of masks and positioning of individualized protection blocks.
Accurately perform the treatment in accordance with the prescription.
Recognize and respect the patient¿s rights and duties.
Identify and assess symptoms / reaction of patients to treatment.
Handle with rigor all equipment and accessories Radiotherapy;
Know the emergency plans, how to interpret and act upon the equipment interlocks.
Join a team of Radiotherapy in accordance with the principles of Ethics of the profession.

FINAL SCORE: Each evaluation moment will be considered in the range of 0 (zero) to 20 (twenty) points.
