International Staff Training Weeks
At the University of Porto
14th to 18th of March (Portuguese Language)
2nd to 6th of May (English Language)
7th to 11th of November (English Language)
We are very pleased to announce that the University of Porto will host the International
Staff Training Week in 3 different dates next year!
The programme will comprise a range of issues for different professional backgrounds
through interactive group sessions including, in this edition, workshops and short
certificated training course among others. With this initiative, we wish to open the
University of Porto to our partners and other foreign universities in order to strengthen
international cooperation by encouraging the exchange of best practices and experiences.
Next year’s programme was specifically designed with a bigger flexibility to reach the
availability of all Partner Institutions, therefore consisting of 3 different editions (being the
first one conceived for Portuguese speaking participants only).
In order to make more comfortable the organization of the participants’ travel to Porto, we
decided to centralize in our office the reservations of accommodation and meals assuring
special rates for our guests (through specific protocols with hotels and restaurants in the
city). Therefore, there will be a fee of 550,00 Euros/participant, which will include both work
and social programme:
• Accommodation for all participants for 6 nights in a single room with breakfast included;
• 5 Lunches;
• Information Kit;
• Coffee-breaks;
• Social Programme;
• Multicultural Dinner;
• Certificate of attendance.

Semanas Técnicas Internacionais

É com um enorme entusiasmo que anunciamos que a Universidade do Porto organizará a
sua Semana Técnica Internacional em 3 datas diferentes no próximo ano!
O programa engloba uma variedade de questões para diferentes experiências profissionais
através de sessões de grupo interactivas incluindo, nesta edição, workshops e cursos curtos
de formação certificada, entre outras actividades. Com esta iniciativa, pretende-se abrir a
Universidade do Porto aos parceiros e outras universidades estrangeiras, com o intuito de
reforçar a cooperação internacional, incentivando o intercâmbio de melhores práticas e
experiências. O Programa do próximo ano foi especificamente projetado com uma maior
flexibilidade para alcançar a disponibilidade de todas as instituições parceiras, pelo que
apostámos em 3 edições diferentes (sendo o primeiro concebido apenas para participantes
de língua portuguesa).
Por forma a tornar mais confortável a organização das viagens dos participantes para Porto,
decidimos centralizar no nosso Serviço as reservas de alojamento e refeições, garantindo
tarifas especiais para os participantes (através de protocolos específicos com hotéis e
restaurantes da cidade). Desta forma, estabeleceu-se uma taxa de 550,00 euros /
participante, que contemplará não só o programa de trabalho mas também o programa
social:
• Alojamento para todos os participantes para 6 noites, num quarto individual e com
pequeno-almoço incluído;
• 5 almoços;
• Kit do Participante;
• Coffee-breaks;
• Programa Social;
• Jantar Multicultural;
• Certificado de Participação.
