CONDIÇÕES GERAIS
1 Os alunos deverão inscrever-se até ao dia 23 de Julho de 2012 através do preenchimento da ficha
de inscrição e pagamento do valor total da inscrição de 150,00 € (cento e cinquenta euros).
2 É obrigatório o envio, juntamente com a ficha de inscrição, de cópias das obras que os alunos
pretendem executar com os pianistas acompanhadores.
3 Em caso de desistência, o montante correspondente ao pagamento referente ao direito de
matrícula não será reembolsado.
4 Não é permitida a admissão de alunos sem a prévia regularização da matrícula.
5 Os alunos executantes poderão assistir, como ouvintes e sem encargos, às outras classes.
6 Os alunos poderão inscrever-se como executantes (com direito a aulas individuais ou coletivas)
ou como ouvintes (com direito a assistir à aula da respetiva classe escolhida).
7 Se o professor julgar pertinente, o aluno terá que prestar uma prova, a fim de poder ser
classificado como executante ou, então, ser convidado a ouvinte.
8 Os alunos não admitidos como executantes passam à categoria de ouvintes, com direito ao
reembolso da diferença da sua inscrição.
9 O plano de trabalho de cada um dos alunos é da inteira responsabilidade do professor da
respetiva classe, sendo elaborado também por este juntamente com o aluno.
10 Reserva-se aos professores o direito da elaboração do programa da audição diária de cada curso
e respetivos alunos participantes.
11 Todos os alunos receberão um certificado de curso como executantes ou ouvintes, caso tenham
frequentado a totalidade do curso.
12 Salas para estudo estarão à disposição dos alunos após estabelecimento dos respetivos horários,
sujeitas a marcação prévia junto da organização.
13 As classes estão sujeitas a um número limite de 12 inscrições por classe.
14 Todos os casos omissos neste regulamento serão decididos pela Direção do CCVF e pela Direção
Artística dos Encontros Internacionais de Música de Guimarães.

1 Students must register until July 23 2012 filling the registration form and paying 150,00 € (one
hundred and fifty euros) for the registration.
2 Along with the application form, students must send copies of the work(s) they want to
perform with accompanists pianists.
3 In case of withdrawal, the amount payed for the registration will not be refunded.
4 Students will only be allowed to participate after the full payment of all the fees.
5 Performer students may attend other classes as listeners without any extra charges.
6 Students may enroll as performers (for individual or group practical lessons) or as listeners
(they are only allowed to attend the class of their choice).
7 If the teacher deems appropriate the student must be evaluated previously, in order to be
classified as performer or to be invited to participate as listener.
8 The students not admitted as performers are considered listeners and they are entitled the
refund of the difference in their application.
9 The professor is the sole responsible for the work plan of each student together with the
student’s help.
10 Teachers have the right to prepare the program for the daily auditions for each class and to
assign the performer students.
11 All the students receive a course certificate of performers or listeners, if they have attended the
full course.
12 Study rooms will be available for students after the work plans are prepaired and subject to
previous appointment with the organization.
13 Each class is limited to 12 students.
14 All the cases not covered by these general conditions shall be decided by the board of CCVF and
the Artistic Director of the International Music Meetings of Guimarães.
