REVISTA JURÍDICA
ESTABELECE NORMAS PARA A ELABORAÇÃO E PUBLICAÇÃO DOS ARTIGOS LITERÁRIOS OU
CIENTÍFICOS A SEREM SEGUIDAS PELOS AUTORES INTERESSADOS.
REQUISITOS PARA A APRESENTAÇÃO DA OBRA
1.
Serão selecionados artigos relacionados ao Direito ou áreas afins. Os artigos não
podem ultrapassar 30 laudas.
2.
O envio dos trabalhos para publicação na Revista estabelece que o autor estará
cedendo gratuitamente os direitos autorais sobre aquele texto específico, permitindo sua
publicação e permanência na Revista por tempo indeterminado. Sendo assim, o interessado
deverá encaminhar à Faculdade, juntamente com o material a ser publicado, Termo de
Autorização devidamente assinado, conforme modelo anexo.
3.
O envio dos trabalhos implica na ciência do autor de que os direitos autorais da obra
coletiva (Revista Jurídica da Faculdade Batista) pertencem, exclusivamente, à Junta de
Educação da Convenção Batista Mineira – Faculdade Batista de Minas Gerais.
4.
Os trabalhos publicados, observando a Lei de Direitos Autorais no 9.610, de 19 de
fevereiro de 1988, bem como as revisões de língua e estilo, são de responsabilidade exclusiva
do(s) autor(es).
PARTES ESTRUTURAIS DO TEXTO
5.
A estrutura do texto deverá conter os seguintes elementos: Título e subtítulo (se
houver); Nome do(s) autor(es); Resumo na língua do texto; Resumo em Português e uma
versão do mesmo (Abstract) em inglês; Introdução; Desenvolvimento; Conclusão; Referências
bibliográficas.

A lista de referências bibliográficas completas, por ordem alfabética de sobrenome do
autor, deve vir ao final do texto. Sua apresentação deve pautar-se pelas normas da ABNT (NBR
6023, ago. 2002).
7.
As resenhas de livros, relatos de experiências e entrevistas terão extensão máxima de
04 (quatro) laudas. Serão analisados pela própria coordenação editorial da Revista.
8.
Os resumos de dissertações e teses devem trazer o título, nome do autor, nome do
orientador, nome da instituição, local e data da defesa. Os resumos devem conter, no máximo
02 (duas) páginas.
9.
Os trabalhos em língua estrangeira deverão obedecer às mesmas normas e devem ser
encaminhados por e-mail.
10.
Ao final do texto o autor deverá adicionar um mini-currículo, contendo no máximo três
linhas, que o qualifique na área de conhecimento. Deve conter ainda sua titulação, sua filiação
institucional, telefone de contato, endereço postal e eletrônico.
FORMATAÇAO DO TEXTO
11.
A formatação dos textos deve obedecer aos seguintes critérios: Espaçamento 1,5 para
as entrelinhas e dois espaços simples para separação dos parágrafos, alinhamento justificado;
Texto sem colunas, fonte Arial, escrito em Word for Windows, corpo 12. O texto não deve ser
digitado em maiúsculas, exceto quando se tratar de início de frases ou iniciais de nomes
próprios.
12.
Em caso de fotografia, a mesma deve ser no formato digital 300 dpis e vir com
legenda. O autor será o único e exclusivo responsável pela indicação da autoria da obra
fotográfica que deverá constar abaixo da imagem.
13.
As citações devem vir no corpo do trabalho.
14.
As notas explicativas devem figurar no rodapé da página, numeradas seqüencialmente.
15.
As siglas devem ser desdobradas quando mencionadas pela primeira vez no artigo.
16.
Caso haja gráficos, o autor deve colocar os mesmos em um arquivo à parte,
numerados de acordo com o lugar de ocupação no texto (Ex.: página 10, entre os parágrafos 3
e 4).
DA ENTREGA DO MATERIAL
17.
Os textos para publicação na Revista Jurídica da FBMG devem ser encaminhados à
Secretaria da Faculdade, à rua Ponte Nova, 665, CEP: 31110150 – Belo Horizonte-MG ou por email.
18.
Os textos podem ser entregues por e-mail, pessoalmente contra recibo ou via correio
com AR, em envelope A3 lacrado, contendo em sua face externa o nome do texto e autor(es).
19.
Deverá ser entregue uma (01) cópia do texto impressa em papel A4 e um cd/disquete
contendo, na etiqueta, o nome do texto, autor(es), telefone e e-mail.
DA SELEÇÃO E PUBLICAÇÃO DA OBRA NA DT
20.
O Conselho Editorial, respeitando critérios de qualidade, atualidade, utilidade e
importância científica, selecionará (com parecer de especialista de cada área) um número de
artigos a serem publicados.
21.
Serão encaminhados para publicação apenas os textos aprovados pelo Conselho
Editorial.
22.
Para os textos produzidos fora da Faculdade, o Conselho Editorial poderá assessorar-se
de consultores ad hoc de reconhecida competência na área de conhecimento para proceder à
análise da obra.
23.
A decisão do Conselho Editorial é irrecorrível.
24.
Os autores serão notificados da aceitação dos textos.
25.
As colaborações que não forem aceitas pelo Conselho Editorial não serão devolvidas
aos autores e não será fornecida ao autor apreciação ou avaliação do artigo.
26.
O artigo selecionado será submetido à correção de ortografia, sintaxe e clareza na
língua portuguesa por um profissional habilitado e por um revisor de texto.
27.
Caso haja necessidade, revisões serão sugeridas aos autores, e a devolução do texto
revisto deverá ser entregue no prazo máximo de dez dias úteis, a contar da recepção da
notificação pelo autor.
28.
É permitida a reprodução parcial de parte dos textos, desde que citada a fonte.
29.
A Revista Jurídica da Faculdade Batista publicará artigos em português, inglês ou
espanhol.
30.
Os casos omissos serão livremente disciplinados pelo Conselho Editorial.

TERMO DE CESSÃO DE DIREITOS AUTORAIS
Eu, (nome do autor, necessariamente maior de 18 anos), portador da Carteira da identidade nº
____________, residente na cidade de (cidade)/(estado), na (endereço), manifesto interesse
em contribuir com a Revista Jurídica organizada pela Faculdade Batista de Minas Gerais.
Declaro conhecer, na íntegra, as normas para publicação e concordar com todos os seus
termos. Conforme item 3 da Instrução Normativa, concordo e autorizo, sem ônus, a publicação
e divulgação, no Brasil e no exterior, pela Junta de Educação da Convenção Batista Mineira Faculdade Batista de Minas Gerais, das obras de minha autoria. Transferido, assim, os direitos
autorais, por meio de cessão, à Junta de Educação da Convenção Batista Mineira.
Esta autorização, bem como a cessão de direitos autorais vigorarão por prazo indeterminado.

Rules for presentation of papers
MAGAZINE REVISTA JURÍDICA PUBLICATION NORMS
HERE-IN LIES THE NORMS FOR THE ELLABORATION AND PUBLICATION OF THE LITERARY OR
SCIENTIFIC MANUSCRIPTS TO BE FOLLOWED BY THOSE WHO ARE INTERESTED IN HAVING
THEIR PAPERS PUBLISHED BY THIS MAGAZINE.
INSTRUCTIONS TO THE AUTHORS
1.
The magazine will select manuscripts related to Law, dialog including other areas of
knowledge. A length of 10 to 30 pages is recommended.
2.
Publication in the magazine implies that the text cannot be protected by copyright and
that it can be published and remain in the magazine for undetermined period of time. For this
reason, a term of copyright transfer (as attached model) has to be sent along with the material
to be published.
3.
The articles accepted for publication in Revista Jurídica will become to be property of
Junta de Educação da Convenção Batista Mineira – Faculdade Batista de Minas Gerais and
must not be partially or totally published in any other magazine.
4.
Overall responsibility for the manuscripts as well as language and style revision lies
with the author according to the Law of Author´s right nº 9.610, of February 19, 1988.
TEXT STRUCTURE

The body of the text must include the following elements:
•
Title and subtitle (if there is one);
•
Author´s name;
•
Abstract in the same language as the text, as well as in English (no longer than 200
words);
•
Introduction;
•
Development;
•
Conclusion;
•
Bibliographical references.

A complete list of bibliographical references, in alphabetical order by the authors’ last
name, has to be shown at the end of the manuscript, according to the norms of ABNT (NBR
6023, august, 2002).

Book summaries, reports of experiences and interviews must at, most have, the length
of four pages. All and any publication must have the approval of the Publishing Board of the
Magazine.
8.
Dissertation and thesis must have a title, the author’s name, tutor’s name, name of the
institution, place and date of defense. Being no longer than two pages.
9.
The articles in foreign languages must follow the same norms and be sent by e-mail.
10.
At the end of the text the author has to include a mini-résumé with a maximum of
three lines explaining his/her qualification in that area of knowledge, as well as his/her degree,
institutional affiliation, telephone number and postal and electronic addresses.
TEXT FORMAT
11.
The article is expected to obey the following criteria: 1,5 spacing and indented
paragraphs, justified alignment; text without columns. It must be written in Word for
Windows, using Arial font size 12. The text should not be typed in capital letters, except when
it is the beginning of sentences or proper names.
12.
Pictures must be in the digital format of 300 dpi and include explanatory notes. It is the
author´s responsibility to recognize, below the image, authorship of the photograph used.
13.
Quotations must be included in the body of the article.
14.
Quotations of biblical texts shall be written in the body of the article indentation.
15.
Explanatory notes may be included as footnotes, numbered in sequence.
16.
Abbreviations shall be explained when mentioned for the first time in the article.
17.
Graphics are to be included in a separate file, numbered according to their location in
the text. (Ex.: page 10, between paragraphs 3 and 4).
SENDING ARTICLES
18.
All articles that are to be published in Revista Jurídica magazine of FBMG (Faculdade
Batista de Minas Gerais) must be addressed to the office of the institution at 630, Varginha
Street - Floresta, Zip Code 31110-150 - Belo Horizonte-MG, or via e-mail.
19.
The articles may also be sent by e-mail or handed in personally by a signed receipt, or
posted by registered mail in a sealed A3 envelope bearing the name of the text and author on
the outside front.
20.
A printed copy of the article on paper size A4 must also be handed in, including a CD or
floppy disk with the name of the text and author; his/her telephone number and e-mail
address.
SELECTION AND PUBLICATION OF THE ARTICLE IN THE DT magazine
21.
The Editorial Board establishes that an article, will only be considered valid for
publication if it undergoes a process which considers quality criteria, contemporaneity,
usefulness and scientific importance, being assessed by academics in the same field in order to
check that the content of the paper is suitable for publication in the magazine.
22.
Only the texts approved by the Editorial Board will be sent for publication.
23.
As for texts from author´s not directly related to the College, the Editorial Board will be
assisted by ad hoc consultants of recognized competence in the area of knowledge for the
assessment of the article.
24.
Any decision made by the Editorial Board is irrevocable.
25.
Authors will be notified of the approval of their texts.
26.
Articles not accepted by the Editorial Board will not be returned and no kind of
appraisal or evaluation of the article will be given.
27.
The selected article will be revised by a qualified professional and a text reviewer
considering spelling correction, syntax and language clarity in Portuguese.
28.
If necessary, modifications to the article will be suggested. The reviews must be done
by the author and returned within ten working days, from the day the author receives the
notification.
29.
Partial reproduction of texts is allowed as long as the source is given.
30.
The Revista Jurídica magazine will publish articles in Portuguese, English or Spanish.
31.
The omitted cases will be freely disciplined by the Editorial Board.
TERM OF COPYRIGHT TRANSFER
I, (author´s name, must be over 18 years old), Identification card nº ____________, living in
the city of (city)/(state), at (address), having interest in contributing to the magazine Revista
Jurídica organized by Faculdade Batista de Minas Gerais, here-in declare to be totally aware of
the Publication Norms (01/2007) and agree with all its terms. As shown in item 3 of
Instructions to the Authors, I agree and authorize, with no additional costs, the publication and
propagation of the articles of my authorship in Brazil and abroad by the Junta de Educação da
Convenção Batista Mineira represented by Faculdade Batista de Minas Gerais. I transfer the
copyright to the Junta de Educação da Convenção Batista Mineira.
This authorization as well as the transfer of copyright will be validated for an undetermined
period of time.
