Sartorial – Sociedade Financeira de Corretagem, S.A. (“SARTORIAL”) is a financial brokerage firm, whose registered office is
located in Rua do Passeio Alegre, no. 576, in Porto (Portugal), with a share capital of € 7,814,895 and whose corporate tax
number is 505 048 922 is duly authorised to act as a financial intermediary, in accordance with its registry (dated 11/02/2002)
at the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM), located in Avenida da Liberdade, no. 252, Lisbon (Portugal), under
no. 292. SARTORIAL is subject to the supervision of the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) and to that of the
Bank of Portugal, located in Rua Francisco Ribeiro, no. 2, Lisbon (Portugal), where the firm is registered under no. 311.
sartorial is authorised to carry out activities related to the receipt and transmission of orders for CLIENTS, secondary
market offerings, the registry and deposit of securities, consultancy for investments in securities, portfolio management for
CLIENTS and negotiations for the firm itself.

Sartorial informs all CLIENTS that the language used in the context of the contractual relationship and in all forms of
communication is Portuguese. However, sartorial and the CLIENT may reach an agreement according to which another
language can be used for these purposes.

sartorial participates in the Investor Compensation Scheme, a public-law entity set up by Decree-Law no. 222/99 of 22
June which operates jointly with the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM).
This system guarantees that the amounts owed to investors resulting from financial instruments will be covered, as well as
the amounts expressly reserved for their purchase, up to the ceiling defined in the applicable regulation at any moment for
each recipient.
sartorial’s CLIENTS are always the focus of its activities. The firm aims to establish long-lasting relationships with its clients,
based on mutual value creation and trust.

sartorial has set up adequate procedures to process CLIENTS’ complaints. All complaints or notifications related to CLIENTS’
complaints must be sent in writing, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, or by email to: compliance@sartorial.
pt. CLIENTS may also file complaints at either of the supervisory bodies: the Bank of Portugal (www.bportugal.pt) or the
Portuguese Securities Market Commission (www.cmvm.pt).
